we are all disappointed with the sp reaction to such good rns, yet, so far we went 50% up in minutes on rumours alone and down as fast.
maby this kind of rise is the real thing and not the stop losses rise that don't hold.
we will know in the next trading days if we are building a momentum or the market is so suspicious with i3e that only a farm out and repsol as operator will make a change.

that will be amazing, I try to always be conservative.

planned for july, we can expect farm out news on the second quarter at the latest.
my estimate is 40% for i3e and 60% for rre and repsol for 4 drills carry plus cash, once farm out complete i3e has 48m recoverables barrels net with value of 240m$.
at that point they will be valued at 40% of market value until appraisals will unlock full market value.
that means value of 100m$ on farm out news and 240m$ value on successful appraisals.

Actually the deepwater ranger discovery of around 2b barrels which exxon will release its full analysis on jan is lower creteceous and albian which goes 350m years back.
The teriatery discoveries at guyana goes 150m years back but holds heavy oil, the closer you get to shore its less attractive and on shore the same.
Doesnt mean its not oil bearing as there have been discoveries onshore but small scale.

Does the fact that its mud suggests they didnt encounter oil?
