Nibbled at a few kelso myself this week just for the sh*ts and giggles. 65k shares at 3p before Matts second rns. Hardly gonna make me a millionaire but quite entertaining.

Sold half my holding as need liquidity for other opportunities. Can I take this opportunity to say "you're welcome" for the inevitable surge in share price that will follow me being halving my holding... 🤣

@Yorek seconded on the good lord if he is sick and I wish him well in his recovery if so.

If governance works properly another NED will be stepping in if he's absent. I just hope out of all of them it is Sue Farr.

If IR have ignored you then as a shareholder you have a right to contact Sue Farr, SID, directly. It even states so on the website with a quote that she is responsible for unresolved shareholder issues...

Everyone's got more shares than Sanders...nothing like your CFO having confidence in the company is there 🤣🤣

@gotreal I agree with most you've said but I don't think fcf in Ingenuity is in thr pipeline. On the last call Matt specifically said it would be 2027 or 2028 before ingenuity had that sort of positive financial picture.

Look back at this Board over 2 years and every set of results is preceeded by "it must be better", "THG can't mess it up", "strategic update will come with results". Every single time its then been a car crash.

Heard it all before. I hope I'm proven wrong, I really do. But I can't help of going back to the quote about the definition of stupidity...

Ahananda- £6 a share. I'm literally laughing at you. Its worth nowhere near that. £3 and you'd be lucky mate. Esp with current cohort running the place.

If you got a follow on statement / RNS from another major shareholder now it'd be really game on.

Agree that a £2.50 offer would lend itself to a lot of support.

@OSG. I agree. Getting a different CEO appointed focusing on maximising value would double the share price overnight.

Loyalty will disappear when the price is right. It is business. Matt either needs to come up with something or shareholders will break ranks when someone comes along with the right price. Simple.

We will still be at £1 by Christmas. Leaky ship. Results to come will be good imho.

I think pointless repetitive posts OK here don't help expectations. If I hear:

"Sum of parts price"

"MM has a plan"

"There's a big deal coming"

"There was a postal strike last year"

"Apollo will be back"

"What a brilliant acquisition"

"We are due a rerate"

"Two bids"

"Separate bids for Divisions"

again, with no factual evidence based, other than gossip, hearsay and supposition, then I may go mad.

Fact is, THG has missed targets. It has underperformed. The evidence shows THG promise things and then don't deliver, with no explanation. THG communicates poorly with investors. But people don't wanna hear what they don't like...

@licker agree with everything you say. However, the practicality of IIs being able to do anything at all when MM has such a large shareholding doesn't fill me with confidence.

If the Good Lord Allen isn't available (hope he's ok) then in theory if there isn't a niminated Deputy then decent governance would point to the SID rather than the CEO...

If the company had any sense it would issue the full details in an RNS tomorrow citing purchase price, expected turnover boost, expectrd ebitda and cash flow impact, intellectual property rights, production plans and exclusivity plans (currently brand sold on sephora too...going to continue?), plans for brand expansion and impact on plans for THG wide FCF for this year...

If all the above is good news then be totally transparent about it snd give the sp a boost 👍👍👍
