The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
You ask who on earth the 5% that he has been listening to are as the sp has just continued to fall and fall.
I think there's a point missing here that it's not in MMs interest for the sp to rise. If it stays low, he can buyout cheaper in the future. At the same time he carries on issuing shares to people who are guaranteed to be loyal, diluting any threat from other shareholders.
Nothing has changed at all PMH...don't give the slightest F about shareholders. CEO's got it all tied up like a federation football so they don't matter.
Interestingly I was talking to a senior bod from THG Saturday morning. They were actually laughing about the fact the company makes no money...
The problem with THG remains...eventually MM will run out of other people's money. My advice to all invested here is keep an eye on cash...in versus out. And I don't mean the " £600m available facilities" as that's just a credit card...
Yeah but Applied Nutrition is run as a proper business and has proper business owners with a serious stake. It isn't run by a cowboy with all but controlling stake and a list of vested interests longer than the annual report...
The "you clearly have no idea how to read a balance sheet" comment from him cracked me up. TBH I think Mouldy thinks no one can read a balance sheet either. It doesn't lie about all that "profit" he is so self-congratulatory about. If this is profit, god help us on a loss.
Lol and as if by magic...all the negative and / sloghtly challenging or questioning posts have been whitewashed from his LinkedIn. 😂😂 Only the positive posts have been left untouched. 😂😂
AGM voting can't be whitewashed...
Just read this. I think he actually thinks the company is making money. 😂😂
There's a big difference between achieving guidance and making money. The latter this is not.
Some interesting negative replies groudned in reality...which no doubt will at best be ignored or most likely be deleted and blocked.
You can't really window dress that call. It was bad. Where is Allen?
However, results in line with the Q1 update and in line with expectations. For so long everyone's been calling out that THG doesn't hit guidance. It just has. There is no pleasing some people.
