Sharebel, to aqquire a drilling permit in the western and northern territories you need to complete a site survey and envoirmental audit shortly before said planned drill. The permit is usually granted a week to 10 days before any drill, this is just the way it happens.

You cant get a permit months in advance

Well Magnacarta, actually the drilling team is booked for December and their bosses are onsite right now evaluating the well head etc
