No it wasnt, you can check yourself on demirs website. Not lodged yet. Some paperwork was handed in before xmas but not all and cant be lodged until all paperwork is complete.

It wasnt applied for the bloody place was closed until 3rd january, god this is disgusting. Be truthful, it hasnt been lodged with demirs yet but they should move fast 7-10 working days

Picket the paperwork has not been submitted yet, going by the goverment approval tracker. So no permit this week and prob not next either unless they are quicker than 7-10 working days

Bobby and whoever else here think this is a 2 week delay are wrong, demirs is closed now reports arnt complete and need another site visit.

Sorry been out all day, site visit finished 27th then 3 days of travel back. 10 days to get paperwork ready and log with demirs. So earliest is tues the 10th then as far as i can gather a min of 6 days or longer for the permit.

Do i think this is a good investment case, with all small startup natural resource companies its always a calculated binary educated investment. And yes i think its a great investment with massive upside.

Either you want to miss out on huge upside or you want to be in when the wiff of gas comes. Also the warrants are for cash as you know and the performance shares are basic and give an incentive for the BOD to push this hard.

Any gas is viable, reason it was never used was we didnt use gas back then. If they got gas they just over weighted the mud and killed it, as junga says there are 3 gases we're after and the natural gas has been upgraded to 2 tcf
