As per the approval tracking page this is untrue, the documents you suggest are not us. 1 is for a survey and others are SPA/AO documents these are for when you ask permission to look for minerals in an area the IS NOT covered by and Exploration pernit .

Ours is covered by are EP so thats not us and even if it was they are required to be lodged 3 MONTHS before work is carried out.

My take is, that the documents havent been lodged as it woult say EP513
