When we were all complaining that we didn't get the usual monthly gold pour rns in April and May it was because they had disappointed. And that's why we haven't got a proper operational update since.

If the 1.6p offer was a formal offer which the board rejected then it should have been made public. If it was an informal offer at an early stage then that's quite different.

You posted lots of questions there so will struggle to respond concisely but as a summary I would say that what matters is that Pre|CISION works. There are plenty of hurdles still to overcome and anyone genuine would acknowledge that there is no such thing as a dead cert 10 to 50 bagger but there are a many positive signs that these latest trials are to be a success and there is a lot of (at least what seems to me) genuine, sincere excitement about the capabilities of Ava6103. We are now also very close, and funded to deliver trial results targeted at a population group that responds to Doxorubicin. Of course all humans and disease are different and complex and Avacta doesn't have the luxury of tons of shots on goal and so strategy has to adjust over time to maximise chance of success at each stage, so in answer to one of your questions management considers SGC a near certainty to blow the current standard of care out of the water then it makes sense to prioritise it given the need to deliver eye catching enough results to rerate the share price and fund the rest of the pipeline.

If your major point is that small cap biotech is inherently risky then sure, I agree. But what many of us are looking for is a small cap biotech with a small cap biotech valuation that is as derisked as much as is reailstic at this stage and that's what I consider Avacta to be. So sure a few posters might wrongly imply that this has a 100% chance of success and you may feel the need to spend your time acting as some sort of online counterbalance but the rest of us simply see enormous value here with an extremely appealing reward vs risk on offer.

This repeated argument is nonsense anyway Thorn because it was a P1a trial across a load of different indications for exactly that reason, to uncover the best indication/s to take forward into an expansion trial. That happens to be SGC, TNBC & STS, so your claims are wildly exaggerated (that STS is a dud and SGC was a lucky fluke) and instead all that’s happened is, given limited finances, SGC now appears to be the lowest risk/highest chance of success + quickest route to approval.

Yes STS was originally top of the list but during data collection moved to third in the pecking order, isn’t that pretty standard?

With average volume ~ 0.7% of the total shares issued currently the shorts are making up most of the daily volume.

The first mention of the second jig plant was in the Orange Trust funding rns on the 12th February. Here a comment included 'potential for immediate, significant increase in tin production and therefore enhanced cash flow'.

Then in 31st March operational update we were informed that it was approximately 12% built as of the end of February.

Next update was late June we were informed the crushing circuit had been delivered to Uis and production targeted for second half of the calendar year (that means July- December rather than Andrada's H2 of Sept - Feb, right?)

Then in the subscription rns in late June we saw that some of the proceeds were going towards accelerating the commissioning of the jig. We also got this: 'accelerate the commissioning and production ramp-up of the jig plant at Uis, with internal estimates indicating that production could double by FY2026' - if that's the case we must surely see some uplift in Q2 next month and some commentary informing us of a major step up through the second half of FY2026.

Real chance to deliver some meaningful growth very near term here, come on AV don't feck it up!

Many have argued that Ava6000’s 1B is essentially a phase 2 in disguise in its design powered to show clear efficacy and when you add in the unusually large 1a it could well be enough for SGC as there’s such high unmet need. It could well be one of the rare cases described in your post.

But even if we do indeed need some P2 data we’re only talking mid 2026 for SGC (hoping to begin in early Q1 next year) which is 12 months away, we’re edging ever nearer to serious catalysts.

It’s only true for small PIs like you and I Thorn, larger investors and institutions have too big of a holding to be quite so nimble. And so it’s not possible for them to keep selling out and buying back in and benefiting from such trading action.

I always go back to last September when Christina made it clear that there would be no deals until they had strong 1b data in hand, that honesty killed off sentiment and sent short termers running for the sidelines.

Now we have the double whammy of being right in ‘partnership/deal territory’ and the belief that a buyer will be found for the Height’s shares if no deal is over the line by the quarterly issue date.

He’s enthused the market and increased investor confidence that what we now have is a board that not only deeply understands the science but also has the financial nous to manage the just as important funding requirements.

I’m not convinced we’ll get a specific jig plant commissioning RNS, I would expect all the details to be in the next operational update in about three weeks time.

Actually I’m one of the few that don’t have a personal problem with him but I will call him out when clearly deserved. I literally said a month back just share your buys when they occur if you don’t want to get called out for being a liar who’s desperate to be seen to be some trading guru and he repeatedly said no I am not sharing anymore because I can’t win either way… and then goes on to do what he always does which is only share supposed buys way after the fact after a big and sustained rise.

He claims to hate being mischaracterised time and time again and yet there I was trying to prevent it, saying everyone calls you this hindsight investor which you hate so just share your buys now rather than come on here and claim months down the line how much you supposedly made. Yes he said according to the chart it could be a good time to buy but he also very clearly, crystal clearly did not actually take his own advice and buy then. Why? Real dislike for Avacta despite claiming he has no emotional connection whatsoever to the share (lol) Who knows, but he disappeared on here completely and went on to different boards instead. You distracted from my main point anyway to defend your bestie. Wyn claimed he would no longer share buys or sells, would no longer share if he’s holding or not because he always gets accused of only being profitable after the fact and making up lies. So what does he do today… literally that!

Exactly. You said you couldn’t win so wouldn’t be sharing if you hold or not here anymore and that was fair enough. To then later go on and claim you actually bought and are sitting on a 50% profit is going against what you said and repeating what I claimed you always, always do. What's interesting is that tin price tends to peak in March or April each year so perhaps that's due to the increased demand through the second half of the year squeezing supply? Would suit us perfectly if tin prices peak just as the second jig plant has more than doubled production in six months time.

And actually we had a big argument about this back then when you were suggesting 10p was becoming more and more likely and I countered it by saying we'd be back to around Christina's share options price (70s) by October time (six months into p1b, either from good 1b news leaking or anticipation of such). So far my prediction is looking more likely than yours.

I distinctly remember, in May, Wyn suggesting numerous times that he could see a 1:1 rights issue landing at 10p.

It was plainly obvious that he could sense fear and would increase his frequency of posting at least 5 fold at such times. The moment this started rising in recent times, near silence.

Tbh it's not a major surprise that such a large holder is hearing about such things, the game's always rigged and the major shareholders are definitely privy to more than us proles.

Using it as a weapon against the board is highly unprofessional though and opens themselves up to litigation quite rightly.

I wasn’t talking about you as I assumed you were just like everyone else, nursing a loss here having bought near the top and held those shares all the way down. No I was talking about a couple of other posters who talked down Avacta whilst constantly promoting other stocks that fell as much or more than Avacta and in a couple of cases have gone to zero.
