If we were to just take the RNS at face value this would still be a very good risk/return opportunity but the most concerning part for me is the supposed comments from Emma at the AGM saying that they were not in a position to reach the 1000 ounce target anymore without further funding and heap expansion. This hasn’t been communicated officially but as the rest of what was shared from the meeting appears to be true so I have no reason not to trust all of it.

I can’t see a way out of this besides AIMSL taking control and installing new management.

Given the risks this poses I think we all have to be satisfied with this RNS and the only minor amount of dilution at 3p - keeps the long term prospects very much in tact.

With tin looking mighty comfortable at the $33.5k mark and ATM fully funded to see many multiples in terms of production volumes out of Uis the company appears to be in the best position it has been for a mighty long time.

The lithium price if it were to continue rising would be the icing on the cake.

Best hope is AIMSL fronting more cash and pushing the gold loan out further... and in doing so taking a majority share and installing someone new to come in and run the company.

If a turnaround is seen they'll recover all of the debt they are owned and eventually sell the company for a premium from where it is now.

True Cyber, with a competent team they could be churning out net profit multiples of this mcap easily.

Problem is it seems they don't have a competent team and they are running out of time to sort these issues out. Much riskier now than it was three months ago unfortunately.

I tried to offload some first thing near to yesterday’s close but they didn’t execute so I will ride or die with them at such lows.

This has been painful but it’s not totally over yet and still think I could get a much better exit price than the current 0.35p so it’s just damage limitations at this point my end.

Mcap is well below the net assets too so depends what metric we look at.

What is 100% true is that AIMSL now controls the future direction, it still benefits shareholders that the debt is sat with the largest shareholder rather than some faceless creditor that simply wanted their money back.

Yeah no doubt that and I acknowledged it earlier.

It’s disappointing but this was always high risk so we suck it up - the only glimmer of hope is the fact they have operated all year without a raise on such modest production volumes, total cost must have reduced enormously.

I assume Emma wants the ability to pay off AIMSL via equity issuance but I would imagine they’ll prevent that from happening - the power it completely with AIMSL & Bill, could well be a lowball TO on the cards.

At this point my patience has run out with Emma so I’d be happy to see it and get out at 1p or whatever it is the company sells for.

If an offer was made a 1.6p in April it'll have been with the share price above 1p and all signs pointing to a significant step change in production about to happen.

If nothing else it shows Emma was genuine in expecting improved performance this year but for whatever reason (they continually fail to explain) it hasn't happened.

It still has me scratching my head over the continual operations at such low volumes - it would seem they have brought costs down to a truly low level… not that it matters much if they can’t get production up closer to 1000 ounces.

The rejection at 1.6p a share shows that they really did expect to see a step change this year but sadly have failed up until this point.

It’s a bit of a mess no doubt about it.

Too much of that message doesn't add up.

(i) Would Bill really choose that forum to challenge Emma and kick up a fuss? Well possibly if it was to cause trouble but he has access to Emma in a way none of us do so I personally doubt it.

(ii) If Angela was ousted as chairman yesterday we should have got an rns this morning - again doubtful

(ii) It's not possible that production has only been 6-7 ounces per day (180-210 ounces month) and yet Goldstone have continued in operations all year without a raise. Or if it is true the current group break even costs are absolutely miniscule (barely $650k a month).

(iv) If Emma had said that about being a year and more pads away from 1000 oz target that's a material change in target and outlook and is material information that shouldn't be shared at an AGM - again sceptical about this.

(v) I struggle to believe Goldstone actually got a big turnout for their AGM!

Tbf Ice and Thorn’s posts here encapsulate all of the reasons for such a heavy fall from the highs of a few years ago - I’d say together they’ve listed all the combined reasons for such a drastic collapse in share price.

42/43p had been alluded to by a number of traders so it seems that’s the level they were after.

Oh well, this drop should be the worst of it then.
