Bruce is this a fact? I was led to believe that in most cases funds and IIs bought on the open market just like everyone else... apologies for my naivety.

This is the polar opposite of what happened a few months back when the allegations first landed - funds ran for the exit. New IIs buying in is a clear signal that the turbulence has significantly reduced.

I think a lot of that 10% was bought at the 250-260p level, so it did have some impact...

In my opinion it's because the markets are terribly unnerved at the moment as talk of further lockdowns and an impending second market crash loom. I do think this will start moving north soon though, either today or next week...

The point I was trying to make David is that this is at a huge discount right now due to all the problems. The tide is just starting to turn and so for me it's worth being invested from now in order to reap the rewards rather than wait to jump in at a higher price once sentiment has turned.

David, not everyone has to wait for news to invest. Boohoo is without doubt undervalued right now for a number of reasons. I see fair value anywhere between 300p and 500p depending on how good trading is over christmas. Therefore to me, it makes sense to be fully invested because my worst case scenario is still a small rise from here, my best case scenario is an almost 100% increase.

An upgrade is an upgrade. Credit Suisse had the lowest broker forecasts whilst others have us at 350-450.

I'd love to know if anyone sold their entire or at least a substantial amount of their holding above £12 and bought back below £8... very impressive if so!

I got very lucky and had my first top up at under £8 this morning but was still holding all my shares.

There isn't much to be happy about in this current climate. I know celebrating the rises of this share can seem a bit ugly at times but it's a little bit of light against a very dark backdrop.

Of course governments should be planning in advance but how many times have we seen them fail to do this? You can just imagine 4 weeks from now reports starting to emerge of doctors at a loss of how to go about separating flu and covid patients...

Maybe this is a damn obvious point but could the reason we've seen no big winterplex contracts yet simply be because flu season doesn't usually start as early as this? I think of flu season as December to March and at the earliest November... certainly not October anyway...
