I'm noticing Bushveld getting more and more mainstream attention which is a very good sign for a small cap stock. Simple example - in 2020 there were three Motley Fool articles on BMN - 2021 already three and we aren't through Q1 yet. Mainstream interest brings the herd and pushes up the share price.

100% protection against severe disease is a pretty bold claim to make and one that can be pretty easily debunked - ie one single AZN vaccine receiver ending up in the ICU (assuming infection happened 3 weeks after jab). I'm no expert but 100% seems highly unlikely in the real world.

Xenor, what you'll also learn is that no two scenarios ever play out the same way. The next time one of your shares lists on nasdaq it may well rise 10%, you sell, then it jumps another 50%.

The market wants to see we aren't totally reliant on the DHSC or that there are long term contracts in place so we can rely on the DHSC.

IF, and it is only an if, we are making well over £10m a week from the DHSC contract and we are starting to make in roads in the states and elsewhere, it is fully understandable why Graham and the board aren't looking beyond covid right now. Sure it affects the SP considerably short term but the sort of money the company could well be turning over right now is simply staggering. It is kind of crazy to be focusing attention on small bolt-on acquisitions that might bring in 10 or 20 million pounds a year when what's in front of them is so much bigger, even if it will at some point fizzle out.

The DHSC rns suggested we'd be receiving just over £10m a week (minimum) from phase 1 of the contract. Perhaps that November figure accounts for two months as that would fit?

Either way if we have been earning £10m a week throughout Q1 then that's enormous, £120m for the quarter before you factor in international sales which will add at least another 30% or so to that you'd imagine.

Kevin, there is absolutely no doubt that we'll get the HT readout in Q2, the hope was to have it now, before March was out.

It's so frustrating when arrogant people think they know more than anyone else. It is true that the upside is not looking quite so glamorous now and there is certainly less of an urgency to find treatments as more and more positive vaccine news is released. Despite all this, despite the continued difficulty to fill the trials, the SP has certainly not tanked, Polar have not sold a share and it looks like even more of the company is held by IIs.

We are soon to be living in a post-covid world - if these trials are able to prove that inhaled interferon is as effective against this coronavirus (and by extension for other coronaviruses and flu-like illnesses) as all the research suggests, then the company will be worth at least a good few multiples from here even without treating a single patient during this pandemic.

Crl, there is not a chance in hell that neil is genuine. Just look at the history, 55 posts on ncyt and not a single positive thing said, just comment after comment saying what a pile of turd this share is, covid stocks are old hat, get out of this while you can etc. A troll and nothing more.

Who cares? This has the potential to bring life changing returns to holders over a two to three year period - only those buying for the nasdaq effect may lose money today, the rest won't be too concerned if we finish today 1% up, 10% up or even 10% down.

I'd ignore it, the SP is what it is for a number of reasons that have little to do with the MMs. If, for example, ncyt announce an enormous new contract tomorrow bigger than the previous one (hypothetically speaking), this WILL be at £12+ immediately.

Visibility of orders into 2022 and beyond as well as a clear idea of what the future for novacyt looks like is what is needed to see the sp rise and hold its gains.

Again, *******s. Frothy would be £1b mcap at this point, £0.34b mcap is really nothing for this sort of drug this close to approval, however you think the pandemic will play out.

There is tremendous value in FDA approval for a drug irrespective of the immediate market demand. Even if all your points were spot on (they aren't, for starters you're ignoring the approx 80 million people across the western world that won't be vaccinated either by choice or necessity) big pharma is almost certainly going to be interested in taking this over and repurposing the drug for all manner of viruses and ailments.

It is possible to have shares in two companies at the same time. That's right, you can buy into ARB whilst sitting on your SNG shares. You don't have to keep giving money away in fees and the spread in order to own other shares.

Funnily enough I'm one of those people that has shares in more than one company. SNG & ARB & a number of others!
