Temuchin, working out the fundamental value like that is irrelevant at this point.
We got the first dispute, the share price fell of a cliff then continued falling gradually to a floor of about £3.70 before rising following some positive news. Many will have taken a punt thinking the bad news was all out the way, continued relationship with the government etc then bang, another dispute related rns.
Those kicking themselves the first time won't risk making the same mistake twice which leads to little interest even down here at £3.50 until we get further clarity on what's going on.
As it happens my guess/interpretation more or less matches Kaeren's but for the time being, it is just a guess.
