Why? A miner should be valued on future earnings, not necessarily on today's commodity price. We've seen the gradual and consistent rise in V over the past few months, if that continues or levels off at at a healthy $45-$50k and BBN's excellent analysis on the global vanadium market is accurate then without doubt the share price of Bushveld will rise accordingly.

What's the hurry for the share price to match the price of V? Do you not have confidence that it's sustainable and so want to siphon off profits before the price of V falls again? If you believe that VRFBs are going to have a major role in the green transition, if you believe bushveld will meet its goal of producing 6700mtV by 2025 and you are confident in the future outlook for the vanadium market then you'll be handsomely rewarded from here even if it takes a bit more time.

I am confident and so continue to buy as much as I can at 15p all the while the background picture continues to improve.

I bet a week ago it would fall below $30k and Argo £1.05 before June is out (but expected it would happen in May). So far the former is still very possible but Arb itself is looking strong either way so happy to end up being far off the mark. Although over the past few months trading sideways has always inevitably led to steep declines this time looks more positive for BTC.

Sure if possible time them to make the most of momentum (stretch them out rather than dump all positive updates in one rns) but I don't think any credible company will be timing updates to catch shorters out.

No that is absolutely not what I said. Whilst derampers are almost certainly nefarious in their intent with rampers it's a little more hazy. There are obviously pump and dumpers out there but the vast majority will be heavily invested and researched individuals who, naturally, are promoting the company they have committed serious money to. So no, I consider most 'rampers' worth listening to but can quickly spot those who are best ignored.

1. They are heavily invested in the stock and therefore post passionately about it.
2. They believe the stock has the potential of breaking out and are promoting it as much as possible so as to increase its exposure prior to breakout
3. They are in too deep and are pumping it in order to be able to get a better exit price

Whereas there are rarely wholesome reasons one would spend time on bulletin boards deramping there are plenty of reasons why investors might get carried away ramping, reasons that are far more savoury.

The Q1 update was littered with little negatives that have crushed sentiment but the fact remains that at £177m there is multibagging potential here. It is very realistic to be earning something like $42-$22 x 5000 mtV by the end of 2022 which would give $100m or £70m yearly profit (production continuing to increase to 6700mtV in the following years) - that would almost certainly see the mcap around £450m and that doesn't factor in the VRFB story.

I'm continuing to build a sizeable holding down at this level.

No it's not simplistic, we are talking about a likely major II seller that is making it doubly difficult to breakout of this downtrend, something that otherwise should have been quite possible with the improving business backdrop. Once this reverses there is the potential for a clear run to a far higher level which won't necessarily be met with enough selling pressure to prevent pushing on well past 20p.

I continually said last week that I fully believed in Argo but struggled to square that with my doubts about bitcoin. I am still of the opinion that bitcoin will flop but that the team behind Argo are smart and agile enough to pivot into new business areas as the digital asset space continues to grow in the upcoming years.

It's been an interesting week what with the Elon Saylor miners meeting and the strength Argo is showing against a weak bitcoin backdrop. Full credit to all you holders that put up with a lot of s*** from Pearls, CMEU last weekend but also people like me. Atb!

If there is a bad news RNS then we can 100% conclude the short yesterday was placed in advance of the news and likewise the sell on the close tonight 100% insider trading.

No that would not prove insider trading, shorting has been going on for ages. It would raise suspicions certainly and seem more than a coincidence but not 100% conclusive.

The bourse finished at £3.38, you'd like to think there were lots of willing buyers at that price...

If we've had no data from the metal exchanges for two days does that mean we'll suddenly get three days worth tomorrow/ a week's change next week? Is this a common occurence?

I added another 7000 shares today - sure it might take time for the dispute to be fully resolved and sentiment to return but with no debt, all this cash and a new diagnostics landscape in this country and globally and potentially having a major part to play in designing that new landscape? Yeah good odds from here of seeing pretty handsome returns as long as you're not in a hurry to cash out!

I can just picture prussell selling out here, putting it all in Evraz then turning up on their board in a few months time b******* about how they all told him Evraz would soon by 1000p and that BMN was overhyped and now he's missed out on a massive rise whilst Evraz sits miserably at 500p.
