You really are talking some gobbledegook. So after going from 50p a share to £3.20 a share in less than four years the share price has struggled over the past year no question. But is it really that bad? I've seen similar situations where companies have then gone on to give away most of their massive gains through terrible management calls - Boohoo has continued to grow year on year on year it's just the share price over the twelve months that hasn't followed suit. The allegations obviously affected them and I think it takes time for the market to forget that. As did uncertainty regarding the pandemic. Suddenly Boohoo began being seen as a 'covid play' and now has to prove itself as life returns to normal which is kinda madness as it's always thrived in normal circumstances but hey, I'm sure it will as fast fashion is here to stay.
I'm no fan of Mahmoud to be honest but one thing you can be sure of is that Boohoo is his world, he's enormously proud of it and not actually all that materialistic unlike his kids so it's not just for the money. If it all collapses tomorrow I'm pretty damn sure he would be bothered, yes.
