Production of lithium concentrate is actually pretty global but production of battery-grade is dominated by China (around 70%) so it would make sense if the EU saw Andrada as a potential future supplier of critical hydroxide or carbonate don't you think?

Building a petalite plant and then a secondary conversion plant would be beyond Andrada's capex abilities but backed by the likes of the EIB? It's certainly possible with their multibillion €€€ yearly budget.

I’m not sure that true? There’s certainly at least half a dozen mines coming online this year/next, most of which are restarting halted mines similar to what Neo is aiming for at Beisa. It’s expected that this increase in production will still lag demand though so a long term average U price of ~$90-100/lb is likely.

As for the cost we haven’t been given capex figures yet but I imagine NEO will need to raise around £100m, significantly less than like-for-like mines but still a major hurdle to overcome.

Certainly an exciting time to be a shareholder though and every milestone hit should see an incremental jump in the share price.

4p back then 5 years ago was £39m mcap, to get back to that would be about 1.2p - every chance that gets taken out over the next 12 months or so.

The lightning fast progression of 6103 to human trials is in large part thanks to Christina. The length of time taken for ava6000 in p1a has nothing to do with Christina. One is far more relevant than the other. What you want to see from a small cap looking to develop into a major pharma player is a strengthening of the board at key points and that's exactly what's happened here - instead focusing on what came before this current board were in control is lazy.

The share price has flirted with going beyond .4p numerous times in the past 24 months, it was always halted due to the need to raise funds… something that isn’t applicable now.

The next time it gets there will be a unique situation with no reason to prevent it going far north of there. It’s merely a matter of time.

Exactly FP. One year ago today MkA was valued at just over £32m, back then a placing might set back the share price for a little while but today any shares issued to keep cash balance healthy will barely register.

It's hard not to be irritated when you see a CEO like Emma utterly fail and in return she sees her option package modified to make it easier for her to cash them in further down the road... I see it less as a motivator and more a reward for failure.

Yes you can, obviously. Companies sometimes stay suspended for a year or more, how would they stay afloat? Equity issues whilst suspended happen all the time , the fact IRON hasn’t gone that route so far is a positive.

Completely agree with all that CLSK, very balanced. And this is the sort of level many speculative traders would have been looking for as it offers up a more than worthwhile risk/reward for the less cautious types.

I expect a bounce soon from that alone.

Engaging with other financial entities is simply risk management, it has to be done until Hawk have officially extended the loan. Not doing so would be reckless but any alternative loan would cost a lot more than Hawk extending so it’s insurance.

A creditor usually just wants to be paid with the least hassle possible, for that reason extension is the most likely outcome.

Like others have said what happens to WSHP is the most important factor here.

It’s also quite clear that you weren’t going to post today if the share price had carried on appreciating but when it retraced you got your chance to stick the boot in.

The lack of cash raise or even small subscription is auspicious, it very much suggests management believes it isn’t needed with cash flow positivity being achieved soon.

If it ends up that way we’ll be seeing many multiples from this 0.4p level in no time whatsoever.

From what I understand (correct me if wrong) the only secured debt are those 10-year corporate copper bonds that don’t mature for many years. Both Riverfort and Indigo are unsecured debt instruments.

And a reminder that at today's copper, gold and silver prices NPV @ 7.5% is now ~$300m. That's 100X the current market cap for a PFS-grade project for a key critical metal based out of the safe jurisdiction of Idaho, USA and there's plenty of scope to expand the project and improve the economics further.

Even if they fail on this funding surely a buyout must be possible at multiples of $3m?
