And this is what you were referring to? An rns to ask us to vote? I’m sure it was along the lines of ‘we’ll get share price boosting news nearer to the AGM to make sure the resolutions pass’

There’s been none of that.

Although early days last week we saw tentative signs that the share price has bottomed and sentiment might just be on the turn. News out of South Africa is also beginning to improve and we are seeing strong signs of wider market bullishness as well as increases in steel/iron prices which often foreshadows a rise in vanadium prices.

This is all happening just as we enter Bushveld's busiest and more news-rich period with a rough timeline of what RNS' we'll be seeing over the next three months below:

June 30th latest - Full Year Results. Will be looking back to 2022 but will also get year-to-date/post period commentary as well as (likely) a March 31st cash figure. This is followed by an Investor Meeting with Fortune and Q&A.

Likely this month - BELCO hot commissioning complete/plant operational - expected in H1 so end of month. Will this come with off-takes news? Guidance for H2?

Late July - Q2 results

Mid 2023 (June-Aug?) - Mini-Grid operational at Vametco

September - interim results. Will fill in detail following the Q2 update and give us a more comprehensive understanding of where the business is at.

And finally MUST re-listing followed by BE spin off news. Not an item I can attach a date to as this is in the FCA's hands but still fairly likely to land within this same three month period which can only add further to the positive sentiment that each of these back to back RNS' has the potential to create.

And the acceleration we’re seeing in EV adoption as well as further increases in EV subsidies in China guarantees demand for graphite isn’t going to slow anytime soon.

Macro environment moved it down too so makes logical sense. Also ~ a month away from a pivotal update.

You mean Q1 figures and yeah very much so but the recent price action could well be forcing those on the sidelines to buy in now instead of waiting for the update to land first.

2022/23 Full Year Production 4770t

Q1 Production (April-Jun) 6100t - 6500t

May 10th Shishir confirmed that production was on target and with the cash they are already generating will be looking to quickly add the 6000t to take capacity to 36000t. So that means all was good almost halfway into the quarter... we can pretty confident at a minimum that production for the quarter exceeds the entirety of the previous full year and reason to believe it will somewhere in the 6000s.

You have absolutely zero knowledge of this company as you continue to prove time and time again. What we got with Myles is a 13 page analysis that argues Tirupati is to become (and already probably is) the lowest cost graphite producer outside of China.

When you share even half a page of analysis with us of your research maybe they'll be reason to listen.

You told us the other day that you held onto many of your 31p shares for years and then sold last week at 3.3p was it? Or just under?

I'm certainly not comparing the group's entire liabilities with their cash/stockpile, that's not a metric anybody uses. Total debt is what I said and that's compared with current assets in regards to stock/inventory.

So more people voted against resolution 2 (approving the consolidated financial statements) then they did resolution 9 (board remuneration) - really?! Why was resolution 2 so heavily contested?

If this is the price action now just wait until the next operational update is 'imminent'. There's a hell of a lot of higher this could go before we even reach July.

It's also the timeframe in which vanadium demand should easily outstrip supply. Obviously with vrfb projections as sunny as they are new producers are keen to enter the space but every project in the public domain is a long way off, with none that i'm tracking likely to be online before 2025. Electrolyte production yes, vrfb manufacturing yes, vanadium production no.

Things could get interesting very quickly and any period of elevated prices within that timeframe (now to ~mid 2025) will be transformational for BMN.

Whilst higher vanadium prices will certainly make a difference both to sentiment and underlying profits what we need just as much is time, time for the profits that we have been seeing, especially in q1, + the cash generation from increased sales to the US, to show through in the accounts.

And we’re already not that far off cash + inventory equalling total debt so any profits (which I believe we are still seeing) will be closing that gap further.

Not necessarily true that we need much higher prices than we’ve got now ($32/kgV, $38.8/kgV in the US) , especially as our AISC should fall significantly next year.

I think we’ll soon start seeing profits as low as $32/kgV sales average, especially as the rand should remain relatively weak medium term.

I know this doesn’t add a great deal to the conversation but seeing at how annoyed many of us are for novacyt failing to make the AGM in-person the comparison once again with Avacta is stark:
