Expect updates like this to ramp up now before a slew of RNS releases.

Looking at the CLN on the 4th December Hamak drew down the £2.5m gross receiving £2.35m. In January £200k was spent on purchasing bitcoin and £195k on gold... In February £150k was used to buy bitcoin and another £150k for the 3% ownership in Vaultz. Then there's been the monthly amortisation of the CLN at £250k a month + interest from early February so 4 payments + interest so around £1.1m.

Add that all up and it comes to around £1.8m of the £2.35m received. Presumedly some of the difference has been sunk into the resource drilling at Akoko as well as general administrative costs so what's next? Sell bitcoin/gold or tap the ATM? Between a rock and a hard place now as the CLN amortisation puts the finances under pressure.

Of course there are still some uncertainties, otherwise this wouldn't be sat at £3.5m mcap and 75% down over the past year but they do not justify such a dramatic sell off and all signs are that Martin will ultimately make a success of this.

The trustpilot reviews are consistently positive now with quality service/speed of delivery cited in almost every post. It's clear Higginson has done his research and has made the changes that customers demand and value.

I find it highly unlikely that sales have actually dropped off since rebranding to Peeko. Sales channels like the tiktok one look impressive to me and the integration of peeko across all the different marketplaces instead on just the individual websites (DD, NC, Boop) appears seamless.

Very much due a trading update now and like you say it might show mixed results but as long as it emphasises the scale that now opens up with all the new business streams as well an ability to reach group wide profitability within the current cash position then this will look at an absolute steal at barely £3.5m market cap now. And even if it did take one more small cash injection that would be far from a disaster.

This is much more than a punt down at this level and I'm certainly going to take advantage and keep on adding where possible.

Completely agree, a totally different proposition however there is still, just about, a cloud of uncertainty re actual delivery here. We really can't predict yet with any accuracy what sort of numbers ECR will be producing in six/twelve/eighteen months but at just £7m mcap and no debt the downside is likely to be limited and the potential upside is enormous.. With anything inbetween being more than acceptable to most.

Sit and wait for this to play out.

Absolutely, it's a vote of confidence in AV and future delivery whilst also a very cheap entry afforded to them at 3.6p due to that same lack of delivery in the past.

I don't agree. He's been CEO for many years now and yet by late 2025 he had not build a robust enough business to withstand any even minor downturn in commodity prices. Instead Andrada have been totally bailed out by a much needed tin bull run (with lithium price helping sentiment too) and now has the chance to truly leverage this backdrop but it was all too slow and too late and could genuinely have been existential if a recession has sent tin price south from mid last year rather than what we've seen.

So i also think there's blue skies ahead but I don't think AV deserves a ton of praise at this stage. 3-5 years ago? Definitely. Recent operational execution? As bad as it gets.

But I mean we have a second jig built and it's still not clear for example what this actually is going to add in cold hard numbers. It was supposed to add almost immediate scale as of February 2025 and we're here in May 2026 wondering if it adds a dozen or so tonnes per month or not.

The II investment puts a floor in at 4p alongside the simply phenomenal backdrop but it's no good waxing lyrical about how much AV has built, those foundations have been in place for ages now but the actual tangible progress over the past couple of years relative to investment is awful.

With the lithium market recovering so spectacularly there's an opportunity to become a monster of a company from the Uis asset alone, if the lithium circuit can be successfully implemented adding as much as $100m revenue at very modest additional cost... the problem is with AVs track record who actually believes that is going to happen over the coming years? Admittedly not me right now.

For now 4p with upside to about 10p with successful implementation if the tin scale finally happens and we get further positive news from BW/LR is about the best i'm hoping for.

Weren’t the dozens of £50k+ buys today? That doesn’t seem like PI money to me?

Good thing is any II wanting in before deals land have to buy on the open market rather than a placing, that ship has sailed for now.

If we finally see the tin scale happen management will share with us what it means for the cost profile and the market will have no problem digesting the profits being seen.

We’re not stuck at 4p because the market is unaware that ATM are now profitable, it’s because there’s uncertainty as to future profits when tin isn’t at $50k.

Deliver the ‘transformational’ next six months or so across the multiple programmes and this will be 10p+

As long as future funding doesn't come at a severely depressed price like it has for the past few years... hopefully we're past that point now with partnerships and deals to come soon.

Been eagerly waiting for the gold price to settle and start marching in the right direction.

Well it has done the job, alongside some other recent updates, of squarely putting to bed any fears of some early ava6103 trial issues and confirms that all is going well (you don’t put this sort of event on if you don’t want to face shareholders).

That’s about it but considering what Ava6103 being successful will mean that’s enough for me as a long term holder.

Tbf this is just the share element of their salary package, they are all paid in cash too. Weighted more towards shares though, something like 2:1.

I should have said outgrown AIM. Hence the need to partner up here and command non-dilutive funding + possible Nasdaq path.

Only a small minority of AIM businesses reach Avacta’s £350m mcap and they aren’t usually cash hungry biotechs.
