Just at the start of Autumn/fall as well? Everyone knows cases will go up and with it the opportunity and chances of a left field mutation as well. How many people will now not bother coming forward for their booster shots now he has said that?
If/when Covid has its next big wave or mutates into a more deadly version he will be constantly reminded of the day he declared it over! Families of people who died that didn’t get a booster will point a finger of blame his way…. Very stupid political move by him IMO.

Over a million extra shares bought to take the Bid price from 5.5p to 7.5p and it gets dropped back to 6.5p when 150kish gets sold? It’s in your face SP price manipulation! Tighter regulations in AIM are so badly needed.

No matter how much of it you’ve got, we humans are hardwired not to purposefully lose money. For those at the top of the firm to buy shares now tells us they see this as the lowest the SP will get and turnaround in the company fortune in about to commence.
Lets hope we don’t have to wait too long before finding out what they know and the causing of that confidence.

I'm not going to crack something nice open over braking 7p but that makes us up nearly 40% in the last 48 hours or so....bit more like it!

That 300k buy as good as confirms we have someone/institution building a position...how big only they will know but let's hope its very big, big enough to kick out the current BoD would be good!
There is a conparisvly small free float of shares on offer here. I make that over 1 million less over the last few days so if our buyer does want a substantial amount we should see this strong steady rise continuing....here's hoping.

If the goverment had of paid their bill on time they would have made over £3million profit last year.

Now then, is this just a market correction where despite a bad year (or two) of not making profit this is a company that regularly does make profit and it will not take anything major special to get them back there so, that is actually worth something....or does someone know/think something good is about to happen?

Shares sold for 5p two days ago and now you can get 6.5p that's 30% up...on nothing?

Wondering if we have a bit of shenanigans happening in the background again? Bid put up 0.5p to 6p on very little volume, will we see another large after hours trade dressed to look like a sell I wonder?

ABDX sell a Covid test, along with 10+ other tests. It’s a part of their business but I would not say they are a covid stock.

However saying this, I stick by what I have said before. Wait 2 or 3 months and we will be back in those statistics of 1 in every 10/15/20 people in the country have Covid right now. This will quickly put covid back in people’s minds and in the news headlines. Yes, its not a concerning as it once was about catching it (so long as you are healthy) but no one likes being ill, people will want to avoid catching it and spreading it if possible. Family gatherings, big conference meeting, visiting Nan in her care home, you can take away the risk for less than the price of a cup of coffee.
Maybe not everyone but a percentage of people will happily pay a few quid to keep themselves and those around them fit and well. If 1% (I’m sure it will be more) of the population buy a test that around 700,000 tests. Still money and business to be made with Covid testing IMO.

If we go with the 500K was in fact a buy, there were also 4x 100k buys yesterday. I know at these prices you don't need massive pockets to buy in those amounts but if we see multiple 100K+ trades today it will suggest we have someone / an institution building a substantial position which is what we need.
Takeover talk earlier in the week.... the start of? ... should check myself, very early for that talk but if fairly regular large buys come in today it will start looking a posability.

Yep, certainly looks like a sell but MM's love nothing more than screwing with us little PI's brains! It 'could' also be a purposely delayed buy spread over the day which would work with why the SP went up 20% in an hour?..... or its a sell?...those darn MM's!
Buy or sell.... it suggests maybe something is about to happen? If the SP goes up just before its usually means a good sign.

Well don't want to get mine or anyone else's hopes up but earlier today some shares were sold for 5p each, a few houres later some got sold for over 6p, meaning a +20% rise.
Could just be a natural correction to get the Macp to at least the company's cash in hand value (logic would conclude the absolute rock bottom price a firm can be valued at)...but it could be an indication of news on its way?
Note to self not to get too disappointed when it doesn't come tomorrow but nothing wrong with a bit of hope now..... fingers crossed, some good news would be very, very welcome!

Thats a hasty jump from 5p to 5.80p Bid and 5.5p Ask to 6.5p.... last trade 6.35p put Google price from 10% down to 10% up!

Unfortunately, I expect it will stay that way until the company release some news that investors can get existed about.
In a strange way, what can give us hope is the fact the market is currently not seeing any hope here. Nothing say this more than a company valued at the same price as the cash they have… i.e. the market is saying the business is currently worth completely nothing!
Remembering ABDX have the capability (we think) to produce 150 million tests a year and a Mcap of just £7million there is potential for an oil/gas exploration type stock rerate here.
Its an ‘if’ but if one big’ish bit of good news comes in, even something that in comparison to what they capable of doing is relatively small e.g. a contract for 10 million test, this for a company who’s business is valued at zero pounds should be more than enough to double, or over the SP. If it was followed up with some other bits of good news not that far after we will get full market confidence back and its boom time.
Many (can’t blame them at all) with bad opinions of ABDX but all gets quickly forgotten when FOMO kicks in and people see ABDX top of the top risers board. We sit, wait and hope!

In the same light. I know its been said before but ABDX have everything in place apart from, what it seems a management team able to take advantage of that fact.
Two manufacturing sites, all kitted out ready (after a few months recruitment maybe) to make up to 150 million tests a year.
14 years of history / experience and intellectual property gained over that time.
Supply chains and distribution channels all set up ready to deliver to any location in the world.
Specialist personnel on the staff books.
App reader intellectual property, website (high in google results lists for things like Covid teat) and known industry name.
All of the above takes a long and very expensive time to put together from nothing. Buy it on the cheap, put your own new management team in, give them an order or two to get started and watch the money flow in. For the big boys in the industry the money it would take to own ABDX is chicken feed. Hopefully one of them will see the bargain on offer here.

Agree, ABDX are very much sitting Ducks for a takeover so you would think someone somewhere would have an eye on it.
The Mcap is the same, or even a little lower than the CASH in the companies account. It means, if you started mopping up a percentage of the shares now, that then led to a successful takeover you are basically getting those shares for free!

An international phama currently without a footprint in the UK / Europe could get a ready made factory, staffed out and all of ABDX intellectual property for a fraction of the price it would cost to set all that up from nothing.

I have to agree. You can almost hear the groan coming from the company every time they annoyingly have to bother writing an RNS. You can understand it a little if its bad news to be shared but its very strange when you actually have something positive to share.
We heard about Vatic contract via the CEO doing an interview with the Daily Mail. Ok its looking like this is not turning into much but at the time it was “we are anticipating we could work up to making 100 million of these tests a year” Big news! The article caused a big SP rise but no RNS to confirm its actually happening which bought some confusion and killed the momentum run up on the SP. It was weeks, maybe even months later that Vatic got a mention in a RNS????
The payment from the government was only mentioned because it got leaked first on here! A few lines RNS reluctantly followed later to confirm its true….why on earth is there no one in that company thinking “maybe our investors would be interested in knowing this”.
The foundations of confidence in a BoD and company have to be integrity and transparency, these lot are seriously lacking both!
All will be forgiven if lessons are learned, and improvements made but they seem to keep making the same old mistakes. Telling us things in a ‘confirmed’ way before they are and not telling us things that are actually factually confirmed until a time that suits them. Whoever has been task their end to be in charge of these things needs sacking and quickly!

You would hope ABDX can get a slice. Just 0.01% of it would equal $64 million a year!
