A part of Phrontist's post on 9th Oct 2018 after his chat with DW has got me really thinking positively.

Phrontist - 'The Conventional Farm Out Project attracted substantial numbers of applicants. This was reduced to 30 several months ago. It is now well underway to be reduced to 5. Then 1 or possibly 2 (I think, maybe) for final contract'.

Thirty plus applicants seems pretty impressive. Surely this much demand for our conventional data room access, combined with a soon to be a healthy-ish bank balance 88E must be in a strong position to negotiate a favourable deal to bring value to us shareholders?

From, the buys going through now at 1.04 pence are likely to be new shareholders who do not have access to the rights issue. Unless it's existing holders who think they will not get excess shares. Interesting times.

The mm's now looking for full ask of 1.05 pence on any buys.

PEEL have moved from 1 pence to 1.25 pence this morning.

Soon you will be able to sell at a premium to the rights issue offering. This will surely encourage a few on the sidelines to take them up.

My view:
We have an exciting 9 months coming up! Well now 8 months and 14 days.

Errrrrm, the discount is as described in the RNS.

'As at market close on Monday 1st October 2018, being the latest practicable date prior to this announcement, the Offer Price represents a 15% discount to the 15-day VWAP of A$0.0212'

It is your choice as a shareholder to buy on the open market at the current ask of 1 pence or support the company directly in the rights issue at also 1 pence. Remember this rights issue is 'Designed to allow existing shareholders exposure to potentially transformational activity over the next 9 months'.

Or you can do both, which is what I have been doing. Twice this week I have picked up shares in excess of 1 million, at below the open offer price. Today I was not able to get a quote for less than 1 pence so have not bought any more. And next week I will subscribe to my open offer rights. The best of both worlds.

No lull in activity here, in fact a very busy period of 'are changing' activity coming right up.

I am now being quoted 1 whole pence to buy. Soon premiums will be paid. Hopefully it will encourage a few more to take up their rights issue. But I am confident DW has a home for the inevitable shortfall.

They know the oil is down there. It is now a question of how much oil is there!

Good luck. Hopefully when the rights issue is out of the way come the end of the month, we will start seeing a positive share price trend as we move closer to those 'game changing near term activity' events. Those are the words of the September presentation.

Learningtoinvest - I know you have been posting on this bb for a while but your posts this morning really have proven my thoughts this whole time, that you do not have a clue.

You like to make lots of noise on this bb for someone who has very little knowledge of 88E.

The moment 128064 realises his/her efforts to talk down the share are not working and 1 pence is as good as he/she will get.

To me it sounds like the farm-out is going to be a game changer here for 88E.

Early indicators must be promising going on the basis of the board participating in the rights issue in full and on top of that DW taking up $750,000 options in a few weeks time.

Ive just added another 777k shares at 0.99 pence.

$750,000 is equivalent to all his post tax cash salary since he started. Brilliant DW.
