So will that be it now until Farm out negotiations complete?

I think tomorrow RNS will go something along the lines of:
- Rights Issue complete raising A$14.33m / £7.96m
- 1p being price paid there is 795 million new shares, resulting in a total of approximately 6,366 million shares on issue.
- Company now fully funded going into a 'potentially transformational' 8 months
- Directors have paid and taken their full rights allocation

I could be wrong of course, lets find out tomorrow.

At least now the share price can be free to do its thing without a noose of a Rights Issue around its neck.

It's a nice cheap back door entry for a North Slope explorer/producer to get exposure to 88E to buy shares in 88E. Because they certainly will get better value for money on the open market than a 'industry deal' with DW.

rfarfa - I am glad that someone else has noticed the 1,000,000 share buys going through 88E book in the past 2-3 months. Someone is accumulating slowly. We will hear who it is should they go through the 3% threshold. Some time to go yet.

Where did you get the 140m figure from?

If the covert buyer is buying now (today) at 1.047p, I would believe they have taken up their full rights issue and possibly asked for more.

I have been keeping track of all the 1,000,000 buys and the price paid since 21st September. Tomorrow will be interesting to see if they keep buying, with them now knowing what allocation of shares they have received in the rights offer.

Le Major makes a good point. If excess shares applied for are not granted to shareholders, then shares will be bought on open market.

In my opinion the share price very much suppressed right now. Lots of game changing' news on the horizon.

DW has taken up shares today at 1.15p today, roughly 10% increase from todays open share price.

Brendan Iribe, the co-founder and former chief executive of Oculus, has announced he is leaving Facebook.

Facebook acquired the virtual reality headset company in 2014 for $2bn, but the VR headset has struggled to gain widespread adoption by consumers.

Mr Iribe was demoted from the position of chief executive of Oculus in 2016.

He said in a Facebook post that working with colleagues at Oculus and Facebook had been "the most transformative experience" of his career.

"As for me, this will be the first real break I've taken in over 20 years. It's time to recharge, reflect and be creative," he said.

"I'm excited for the next chapter."
