It took the best part of 2.5 months from the RNS informing us of the rights issue offer (3rd October) to the admission of placing shares onto the market (20th November)

It is quite a long time for the share price to be dragging its heels around the 1 pence mark. And even longer if you are sitting on a paper loss or seeing opportunities elsewhere being missed.

Easy to forget that somewhere in between rights issue and placing we had a conventional portfolio update. RNS 'Increase in gross mean prospective resource to 2,896 MMBO'. That gives us the biggest conventional resource on ASX... also probably AIM?

Now with the funding/placing/right issue out of the way, shareholders can begin to concentrate on business performance.

Dave, its time for you to deliver shareholder value in the coming 'transformational' period. Thats the words from the RNS, not mine.
RNS says the rights issue was 'Designed to allow existing shareholders exposure to potentially transformational activity over the next 9 months'.

Coming up to almost 7 months remaining since that statement.

Our day in the sun is approaching. That's just my thoughts.

JBER have been sitting on the Ask most days. They only appeared on the book two weeks ago. They pushed price down to 1.00 pence on ASK.

Now suddenly have moved to furthest mm away on ask at 1.2p

Look at the value Repsol paid for those acres over the nearest bidder. In many cases 10 times the money. They were not losing out on those acres.

You were quoted similar because the broker will put the first trade through (buy or sell) as close to the current market price as possible.
Anyway, small matter in the grand scheme of things to come.

From experience they are rollovers.

The time between both trades usually is the give away. Anything under a minute and it's a rollover. On this occasion the 9m x 2 was 13 seconds gap.

Yesterday the 10m x 2 share trades had a 11 second gap.

The cost differencebetween the two trades is the fee the broker takes for carrying out the transaction. So on the 9m x 2 trades the broker charged £900.

Like the 10m x 2 yesterday. They are rollovers. Moving shares from one account to another.

I am repeating myself now.

We have someone buying the stock in 1,000,000, 500,000 and 250,000 lots. Its been going on for months.

And surprise surprise, first trade today is 1,000,000 buy at 1p. Bid has moved up on L2, already traded 2.7m. Following ASX and CHIx

ASX finished 2.c = 1.14 pence

DW has bought 88E shares most recently via his rights at 1 pence and his options which were at a premium to current share price.

The company is fully funded. DW is heavily invested. Yes he has a nice salary, but all of that is now invested in 88E shares. His interest is aligned with ours.

We have two game changing news items due by the end of Q1 2019. The first of those news items, conventional farm out, could land any day now. It is my hope the name and reputation of the farm out partner will bring much credibility to 88E and what Dave Wall and the team are trying to achieve. Many shareholders are frustrated and understandably so. But for me the company is currently in its best position it's ever been in and it should be strenthened when we hear of our farm out deal.

Four projects on the go, just one success required to make money here and plenty of it. Lots of activity on the North slope - I ofter refer back to page 4 of the September investor presentation. We are in very good company.
