Seems like the BB on TILS has been busy today, no mention of BOU (never seen any to be honest), but speculation on buyouts, takeovers and all sorts. Hopefully next week all will be revealed for all shareholders in these companies. GLA

Hi GG, I have been following the posts on Asimilar's BB (ASLR.L), and found a post on 10th May, that mentions possible funding issues for both MESH and ASLR as they are both trying to buy in. According to that post, MESH need to find 30M while ASLR would need to find 60M, hope this helps?

Reece, yes there should be news very soon, as the option for buying, being first in the queue runs out on the 30th June, so yes they are cutting it fine! As posted before, Asimilar are also hoping to buy Sentience, both MESH and Asimilar might be struggling to get the funding needed, and as somebody else posted (somewhere!), MESH might have an issue with a major shareholder being the spouse of a blocked Director, (cannot remember where I see this now). Either way, will be glad when all this is unraveled as it has dragged on far too long, and would be nice to have the shares active again. GLA.

Paper, I did not realise we had a billionaire with 15% holding, unfortunately my pockets are not so deep so any cash call for a fund raise might be an issue!

While all the recent posts about a possible RTO are exciting and hopefully true. I am still unsure this RTO is actually on the cards. My reason for being hesitant is despite the rumours of being involved with Accustem / stemprinter, the various coincidences of registered offices being nearby, and people involved with BOU being linked with other companies all make great reading, the one thing that bothers me is that as far as I can tell from the TILS BB, the RTO does not appear to be on the cards, and accustem / stemprinter does not appear to need an RTO, nor does and RTO with BOU get a mention. I hope I am wrong due to the silence on the TILS BB, as like all the LTHs in BOU I would like to see my holding become active again. GLA.

The RNS released on 14th May, informing us of the new non-exec director caused quite a stir and I thought was widely received as a good thing, yet here we are barely a month later with many saying doom and gloom all is lost. If this company was in such a bad way, would such a highly respected person join risking their reputation? I think not.... gla.

Great to see the theoretical increase of 266.67%, but I am at a loss as to why there have been buys at 45 & 40, but the sell price has frozen at 15? I do not wish to seem dense here, but as the sell price appears to be being held down at 15, all those who have brought at 45 or 40 are going to need a major shift before seeing any hint of a profit rather than a 66% loss? Is there some sort of behind the scenes magic going on that the RNS eludes to that I have missed? Other than that, an exciting day! GLA.

gkb47, yes have tried the new version of the stock exchange website, not a fan either...find it very fiddly trying to navigate around, and does not appear to list any movers except on main 100, backward step imo.
