Good to know 'consumables' should be announced soon, agree that there are likely to be many tenders awarded rather than one, as the gov. probably want to cover all bases rather than rely on one supplier incase anything goes wrong. Same as shares, have a portfolio rather than invest in just one company.

Hi Daveri007, yes I sort of get that, giving them first dibs as such, (not that my piggybank could compete with theirs!) but is that the same as updates?

ShaunP; if the SP is being held down for various in the diagnostics field, and shorters also being involved, isnt that a risky game? I am not knowledgable with the area of shorting, but would have thought that as the diagnostics area is so fluid or dynamic at present, any number of companies could suddenly fly and skew the market? As for the tenders in the pipeline that the gov. are due to release, I cannot decide if they are too slow as autumn and winter coming round, or being extra cautious or diligent after recent testing and tracing issues.

I think the BOD are going to wait until the weather is cooler before releasing any news. This is purely imo of course, but I think they will wait for the cooler weather so that our French friends can enjoy the champagne and us over here our tea, and also so that the Mms do not get overly hot under the collar when the cork finally pops on this baby and have to deal with a share frenzy. :-)

Hopefully this will happen, and ASH can continue with the many projects they have ongoing. It might not be the outcome many would have liked, but something is better than nothing, especially in these difficult times. GLA.

Maybe, just maybe, Billyblogs! After reading a post on another board, I thought I would re-visit some shares I purchased many years ago that are now dormant....very dormant! I then see your post which for a moment gave me hope that these might re-appear? I had a look at the company web, and found this notice from November 2019, so if they have paid for services in shares, there is hope that these will come back to life at some point, otherwise these other companies will probably be rather upset shall we say! Good luck, you never know!!

After reading a post on another board which mentioned a company de-listing and shares being frozen, then re-listing after several years, I thought I would have a look at URA, and found this announcement from August 2019, about shares being locked into Ananda until 10th June 2020, and what I took as these shares being distributed amongst its shareholders after this lock in period....so I am guessing nothing has changed, nothing going to happen, never see these shares active again. www.uraholdingsplc.co.uk/downloads/20190827%20announcement%20re%20distribution%20and%20board%20changes.pdf

Been a long day, but I think I mean the numerals move left, or the decimal point goes right...either way, the SP goes up, that is what I mean...Sorry if I got left and right muddled, like I said long day...dooh. :-)

Possibly posted at 5pm so the PIs (both LTHs and new) can all have a very pleasant weekend, looking forward to Monday 8am, while those shorting will have a restless one? Hopefully go beyond the decimal point next week, and stay on the left from now on. GLA.

Agree Kaeren, no need for boasting. As for when the mother of RNSs lands.......personally I would like it around 3pm on a very hot sticky afternoon, not fussed on any particular day, just so long as those that have been holding the SP back, (playing games?) have a very hot last hour or so of trading. Have a pleasant weekend all, both here and our friends in France. :-)

I would rather read overly enthusiastic posts from SH3 for example, rather than those who post hostile vitriolic posts about a given company, BOD or poster. Yes, overly zealous posts can be OTT, but make the day brighter...and there is always the filter option..or just skip reading the post. This BB is certainly one of the more friendly BBs I follow on LSE, long may it continue that way. At some point good news will arrive, maybe tomorrow, maybe not, but someday, and that is what keeps us posting and reading on here. GLA to all the regulars, LTHs etc.

Interesting to read the theories and speculation as to why he has gone, then on the same day as the announcement, another company with a CB at the helm, (XTR), sees its share price shoot up. I am not suggesting there is any link, just a coincidence.

Could also say lets hope the SP rises up to the occasion, and keeps up?

Bluelight @16.18....nope, not at all! I would think many PI’s both sides of the channel might possibly be very excited tonight, and equally possibly, many shorter’s having a cold sweat?! GLALTH’s.
