3% is the threshold on the main market also.

I have never seen a company notify when they’ve gone below 3% and then again at under 2%.

Happy to be corrected with an example though.

You’re wrong on that.

3% is the lowest threshold.

1% is the lowest if a co is in a takeover period.

If you go to 3% and carry on moving up, each 1% needs to be notified.

If you come back down below 3% and notify, you don’t have to notify again unless you go back above 3%.

Hope that is now clear.

Otherwise there would be hundreds daily on aim.
