The actual offer is very close to the 0.055p and there can’t be many shares sloshing about down here.

To be fair to the chartist, the 35 x shout hasn’t just been plucked out of nowhere. There is a gap on the chart at that price and gaps usually get filled.

The 52 week high here is over 70x the current sp so plenty to aim for.

This is the potential contract he mentioned, from RNS on 13th May, 2025:
