There are 62m shares in issue so at todays price it is a £480k cap but there is a €10m bond debt so you could argue the market cap is over €10,480,000 today. Not sure what that is in gbp but not all as it appears here.

The 0.15p the rns refers to the nominal value of the share, not a placing price !!!!!!! Christ

They could place at 0.5p, 1p, 10p, 100p. The nominal value is still 0.15p.

If people don’t know that they simply shouldn’t be investing.

If people are listening to them they need their money taking off them asap.

Like I said, the placing hasn’t even taken place yet and the sp is down in anticipation of it happening. What happens if there is no placing as the mms seem to have no shares as it is .

It appears mms have no stock as the last trade yesterday was over the offer price.

They were down 50% on the assumption a placing will be going through but it may not.

Could be a massive rise coming here is people sell on the back of the shares being placed ! What happens if they don’t place ? There will be a shortfall in the market and clearing process.
