I have been overlooking commercial � housing property valuations effecting share prices, much appreciated post reminder. Indeed if the anticipated interest rates do hike during November 2017 then commercial property prices certainly will start to fall as many have purchased there commercial investments on borrowed money. I am assuming they own there property portfolio freehold�s ( see below) otherwise any dropping property value valuations would not really effect them so much if all or some of there properties are on 20 year leases. On the flip side of LOK share valuation. A property price crash would long term strengthen their overall share price due to buying up commercials on the cheap., also greater demand for storage during increased repossessions during a down with punters required temporary storage space Lok states on there web site they are looking for more property so if they buy bundles of commercial property in a crashed commercial property market (Spring 2018) then there future will certainly be stronger even with a devolution in there current property portfolio. ELTA Finished ??? Why do our friends on shareprice.com talking about this one as finished ? ELTA are in phase 2 ,but a comment mentions a wind down and return cash to punters , not again you hear me say , I experienced all this with LXB retail ( shopping Malls UK) BTW LXB way down on value at the mo. I was in the cabin next to your cabin number 13a , yes I am a little p****d as I am now a chunk down on my total portfolio . I am more interested in how these guys manipulated the situation to their gains. The other area that I wish to mention when there is a upturn sells are blocked due to �system over load� and will only except little amounts like sell in � 20 bite sizes� , how convenient the platform makes a killing and the company stops the money flying out the window, they take our money fast enough ! IEH apparently sold for �19M to there � Loan support � company a few days ago but not for the true value as they held patient rights and IEH had spent a small future on R&D for a new product launch ( watch this space) which has been handed over for peanuts . I had so many shares IEH ,without realizing I came close to having a controlling stake!

6k down the tubes less a �1.8k gain a few weeks ago . My first was a limit buy then topped up another �2k followed by a buy mistake instead of a �2K sale , another punter is in for �10K
Allegedly IEH may have racked up development costs allegedly with another company reaping the benefits without huge R&D costs. Also any are there any valuable registered product patents in the IEH and if so who will own them, the new Company? They should at the very least move / offer some current shares in the new company that ends up with winner take all company.

For those who have been busy polishing there crystal balls is this one a top up ? the � drop would have hit there bottom line on imports but have probably forward purchased currency pegged against the � drop vs Euro or if DC. Forward purchase currency Euro and Dollar all should be ok ,happy days .!
