You don't have to continue to hold shares (?) - whoever held the shares at the record date has the right to vote and at any point. It doesn't matter if they vote then sell, sell then vote, vote and hold, or don't vote at all.

I suspect most people will have voted already and those buying the shares now have no right to the vote. I also expect it to get voted through as is always the case with these things. At least it is a bit of free money when buying now

I think that figure is wrong, its around 20-25% ii owned but you're right, it reduces liquidity and increases volatility. It's not a bad thing especially as the bulk of shares bought by institutions have been in the high 20s, the volatility is more likely upwards from there, than down

I guess the argument is that you have to RNS anything that materially impacts the share price and the contract Rns never did!

We don't really need news as such, they have stopped rns'ing contracts for the most part as proved by stellar results Vs lack of announced contract wins.

The number of institutions now entering should be both telling and reassuring to holders and the year end results are the most important news for the foreseeable, although the M&A activity could do with an update too

The results are out next Tuesday, obviously hoping we will beat revenue expectations do remember one contract so finished prematurely so made H1 revenue look higher than it otherwise would and therefore h2 will be lower to compensate, but full year is what matters

Computer909 you're right, it's absolutely staggering and not even any remote attempt to hide any of this. Very clearly the placing was held back to directly coincide with the 2m and there Is literally no possible sound justification for it.

Eqt relies on private investors who simply do not understand relatively basic RNs details. EQT have shown time and time again utter contempt for private shareholders and it has been consistent for many years now. It saddens and staggers me an equal measure that people would invest in a company like this when the history and actions are there for all to see.

Please people do some proper research and learning before you invest your hard-earned cash in fallacies.
