Good post Solvista, multiples are more like 3-5x but obviously very nuanced. At 5x we are £310m and cash of £37m which would put us at an approximate 51p per share.

At the projected £100m revenue that would put us to 79p per share and tht doesn't factor in dividends along the way and increases in cash balance.

Exactly they can pick a price but it doesn't mean they will get it. Market makers are highly skilled at generating volume when needed so they can manipulate the price to a certain degree but they need private investors to act and as you say, other market makers to not stifle their actions which all becomes harder the further you move away from the current share price

Today's rns says a company update is coming next week on the takeover and speaks about it in the present tense so it sounds like it's still a "go"

Very disappointed with the paltry purchase by the CFO, £10k feels more like an attempt to boost the share price than a legitimate interest in the company.
