Ferg, if you go back to the start of the post all I was saying is that the license may not be issued this week, same thing as I said on Friday. Both occasions Mac started an argument with me and if you go back further in my posting history you will see that I am a LTH and fully supportive. What I don’t understand is why Mac needs to pick a fight when all I’m saying is that the license RNS may not be issued today or this week. It seems sensible enough for me but not Mac and I am concerned that he is building people’s expectations up over something that he has absolutely no more information about than anyone else here. He is very good at being divisive, hats off to him for turning a message which was meant to calm nerves into a argument, you have to wonder why!

I have no concerns about the license beast as I have said many times and no need to call the company they are busy enough.

So why haven’t we had sight of it Mac?

I have a target of £1.40-£1.80 for total sale, new data has come to light which may improve that. Some say that target is too cheap and others too great, the truth is that no one knows other than those around the negotiating table :-)

The meeting was a local committee meeting and was mentioned in an RNS three months before countries started locking down. Did you go? No nor me either so can we stop thinking that we know the structure of this. As I say, we will get the license soon, it may not be today or this week.

All very true Mac and we are on the same page in that this is a formality however the Tipil license was applied for in June 2019 and arrived in August 2020, MT flanks license was applied for in Sept 2019.....

I know we will get it, I know it’s guaranteed but it may not be today or this week. Soon I am sure!

On Friday I suggested that we may not get the flanks license soon despite what some are saying. Please don’t let the expectation of receiving this RNS drive your investment decisions, the sooner it arrives the better IMO but i believe that it is guaranteed based on the stages that we have passed so far and Russian mining law (as I understand it).

For those new to the company have faith in the BOD and the banks working on our behalf who will all want the same outcome. It is easy to be swept up with the hype that some have created here and that will naturally lead to disappointment if things don’t happen to their timescale....

I thought I saw a reply to this regarding their Arctic JV which applied at the time.

I don’t think it’s up to NN to decide who has what license, I believe that is within the governments control. I also believe that licenses are time barred and that NN May have relinquished it because at the time the cost of palladium was very low. Taking all of this into account I expect that we were in the right place at the right time.

I will leave you with this, no matter how genuine someone appears this is an online environment and as such subject to manipulation of information, I would recommend that anyone invested does their own research albeit thank you Rowka for some highly technical pieces of information. You can trust the RNS from the company, that is regulated.

From my perspective, as a LTH, I have every faith in the company and despite huge paper profits I won’t be selling a single share.
