The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
The options are performance based on revenue and profits (EBITDA). Given their gross margins (around 33%) and current admin spend (£600k-£700k pm), highly unlikely they'll make any profits next year and so 2022 is all about revenue generation. Longer-term looks good if they continue to close revenue deals (advertising but also licensing type deals for use of their software).
"If there’s an RNS Thursday morning that sends this to 1p "

It's idiotic posts like that that are destined for the Green Bin....let's wait and see if we close above 0.15p tomorrow in the absence of news and what the volumes will be like. I hope we stay in a new range from here.
Bull's message is a load of b*ll.
It's precisely because of those 40% controlled shares that the SP is where it is.
Currently no volumes = no major move in SP.
Need unexpected catalysts that are revenue related (i.e. first IM is a start, but larger funding news more important IMO as the markets are forward looking). I suspect we continue in a fairly low range (based on CLN conversion prices).
Until then Bull can keep on tweeting...one day he'll get the timing right.
That 400% was a one-off orchestrated rise over few days (as majority shares in controlled hands) and so not the best reason to buy as you could find yourself holding paper losses for quite some time - oh, wait a minute that’s exactly what’s happened.
This is a different animal now and will only see SP growth based on numbers showing growth of revenues/profits. GL.
I think that what must be remembered here is that Mercator, have no intentions of handing out good money to worthless shares......let's keep this in perspective.

I understand and also them taking up warrants usually implies they want to take part in any future uplift in SP (further down the line once IM is happening and being scaled up).
This has been a very challenging journey for those who got in too early but it is what it is and even if the shares doubled from here, most LTH's will still hold losses.
"It’s happening!!! Santa is here"
----
Luckily so is the Green Bin.
No volumes = SFA is happening.
Any news likely to be...'delaying' news. Should stay in SP range 0.13p-0.2p heading into the new year.
Had to filter out so much nonsense this year just on this one share (remember Hardcoremechanic and his rockets, what a joker LOL). Tough game this when you don't have the right knowledge on investing/trading. Stay well folks!
As we know, The AvantGarde Gp (owned by AZ) raised EUR 61m in Sep 2021 via bond issuance.
All listed bonds are listed with an ISIN number. I couldn’t find this and wondered if anyone else has (to check the official listing)?
Refreshing to see more conscious comments (than the usual nonsense) as some PIs quite rightly question whether the SP will play out as one would like...clearly thus far the Market is saying otherwise...so best for the Market to tell us that the opportunity has arrived i.e. proper catalysts being released with the SP finally changing trend...if we call it right, great, then buy more.
GL genuine holders.
"200m!!! Thats some staggering amount of interest in 2.5 hours of trading.."
----
Indeed....the volatility was there for flippers to get in and out. However the SP trend has now changed and so the Market could present an opportunity to buy in again and hold for a reasonable amount of time and make some real money again. Good stuff.
GLA.
"why is this up 120% on a this "deal" AAA? doesnt say who is this,.."
------
Doesn't have to say which one yet, the Market re-rates the SP because which ever company it is they've closed a deal and it means means future revenues will be higher and exceed revenue expectations going forward. Hopefully we might get a trading update like last year and get a revision of revenue expectations for FY 21 or next year.
Here's a list of some of the Top 10 - I think you'll get the idea:
Capcom.
Nintendo.
Sony.
Microsoft.
Electronic Arts.
Sega.
Activision Blizzard.
Tencent Games.
.....so many of them posting the same drivel as if what they say is going to happen is a certainty and cover their posteriors by saying 'the SP will rise for the patient' without giving any time frames - how convenient They are as bad as the rampers.
Everybody and his dog is expecting some sort of news re first IM by EOY.
If we finally get the right sort of IM news, yes, the SP could realistically more than double to 0.3p-0.4p (subject to how the "loaned shares" are used) but given the historical performance, one would be prudent to be cautious with news expectations).
Any delays and more likely to see 0.10p-0.11p by EOY - let alone crazy predictions 1p-5p by some clueless, disingenuous posters who shall remain nameless (Steadyass...) LOL.
"Please sell me your shares and move on."
-----
No need, the Market is happy to sell them to you at 2.76p - surely it's 'cheap' enough? (after all the open offer was at 3.5p - that too was cheap compared to it's high earlier in the year of around 9p).
Look guys, I am just pointing out how it is as too many PI get burned by thinking they know something the Market doesn't and want to dictate to the Market what the price should be rather than the other way round...most PIs end up becoming LTH's and averaging down (quite the opposite of what should be done). GL though with that approach.
Shore capital link means diddly squat....MATD is fairly valued at current MCap (given it's recoverable 25m barrels) and so little movement expected in SP for a while yet, as no major catalysts.
The problem is that the Heron discovery provides a measly 200 bopd and so no-one is going to farm in for that let alone make a new country entry.
The last RNS about 'new activities' is a just a story to keep unconscious PI interested...
Due to lack of funds (even with last placing) they even delayed the seismic for now - that's why their only option is to finally get some production going and drill a couple more production wells is key....forget exploratory wells. It is what it is.
"The problem I have with your posts Shallow is there is always doom n gloom attached to them.Always adding doubt to investors minds in an attempt to undermind confidence. Why ?"
----
Your constant repetitive postings about how great SYME in the face of a falling SP brings absolutely nothing to the BB.
I have already said I got in too early/still hold and expect SP to finally break the trend at some point but deploying more capital if you already hold losses and to keep averaging down is a typical PI mistake.
I am simply pointing out certain concepts that PIs need to be made aware of which is what I am learning/realising myself.
Just to be clear.....I do think we will be higher over next 12 months and SP trend will change (just can't quite work out yet at which point the trend changes)....we all hope it will be first IM that kicks this off followed by other catalysts...as I said GLA.
