George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
What a load of rubbish, and you know it.
QFI always state if there's funding involved, just as they have advised that they will need funding at some point but NOT YET. So trying to imply it's suddenly imminent is a joke. It's clear from the RNS that the brokers job is to get ii's and HMW/UHNW buying the stock now in the open market.
We had news about projects 29 days ago, and 26 days before that too???
Not primarily to do with funding, that is just one job a broker does, but this one is primarily to get ii's and HMW/UHNW buying, as clearly advised.
"As a specialised investment banking and corporate broking firm in the energy, resources and renewables sectors, VSA will be responsible for improving awareness of the Company amongst institutional and ESG-focused investors globally, as well as helping Quadrise to access strategic partners and accelerate its commercial roll-out once operational milestones are achieved"
Good news!
Someone in the last Investor Meet Company call asked if QED were trying to encourage ii's, JM said the name change to focus attention on the company's decarbonisation was part of their plan to get ii's on board.
It's good to see QED following on with this "firm in the energy, resources and renewables sectors, VSA will be responsible for improving awareness of the Company amongst institutional and ESG-focused investors globally"
Maybe we'll see some ii's taking positions soon, based on the new brokers "initiation of coverage" note.
If at some point in the future Hydrogen became a viable option, they should look at Hiiroc.
Hiiroc technology converts Gas to Hydrogen with no Carbon emissions, in fact it produces Carbon Black which can be sold too.
Far more efficient than burning Gas to power an Electrolyser. Gas engine at 45% then Electrolyser at 80% gives 36% overall efficiency, before other losses in the combined system.
Hiiroc will be way higher efficiency than that, at least double, but possibly over 80%.
"As cheap as SMR without needing CCUS and a fraction of the energy/cost of water electrolysis"

They didn't announce rollover today and it's only 6 days to go, so they must surely believe that they can get it over the line by the expiry date or they would have done the rollover and drawdown at the same time and saved money on costly RNS?
It may not happen, but the important thing is that they still believe it can be done, and that all parties still want the deal to go ahead.
If investors bought ALL up to say 60p, instead of sitting back and waiting for the MIIF price to be known, then the MIIF price would have to be done at a much higher price than today, because no way could ALL agree to a MIIF investment at say 30p if the price has been 60p for the past two months (assuming MIIF investment after DFS in mid-June), said investors would then be looking at far less dilution on their holdings with a MIIF price of 55p or so. (and even that is a big discount on 60p.
The vast majority of funding is done based on the average price over the past 60 to 90 days, it's never a number plucked from the air by an investor (MIIF for example) and then agreed to by the company.
It always make my mind boggle when investors run away from stocks near to funding instead of buying the stock up and getting less dilution, it beggars belief at the lack of judgement.
Speak of the devil.....
Nice!
"Shore Cap pointed to robust financial performance, debt-free balance sheet, shareholder-friendly distribution policy, strong cash generation and undemanding rating on standard trading multiples, justifying a buy rating with 90p share price against a publication price of 24p."
Aimed right between the eyes of ii's and fund managers that is.
Not sure why we want to use more electric??, and it wouldn't make any sense to use Diesel to create Hydrogen with an Electrolyser as it'll be some of the most expensive Hydrogen you could produce??
Surely this is what we need?
"The second stage is the installation of a gas engine to generate 1.4 MW of electricity into a local private power network."
1,400kW is 33,600 kWh per day. Say the power is sold at 10p/kWh, that's £3,360 per day, or for 305 days it is £1,024,800. Not a bad addition.
The only thing that's short is you in the intelligence department.
Pointing out and explaining what AFC have advised to the market is not ramping.
For those that obviously do not know what ramping actually looks like, this is what it looks like, and is nothing like any of my posts:
This will be 10p within a week!!!!
This is just waiting to blow the lid, get onboard NOW!!!
Don't miss out, this is the next BIG THING!!!

There is a possibility of an AGM statement that's released at the time of the AGM, if AFC have anything to advise to the whole market, as they can't just advise those at the AGM.
It's possible that the Power Tower and/or S+ 100kW could be on show.
There could be interesting answers to the many AGM questions, and feedback from one to one chats after the AGM official business is done. Some may post info here or in the Telegram group, or Telegram group first and here later.
Nice to see some progress on this. Thanks all.
Some people just have massive chips on both shoulders and distorted views of what was just research and being inquisitive, which all shareholders SHOULD BE, and was nothing to do with ramping or anything else. At no point have I ever said that what I suggested would come true. I have only ever said that things were POSSIBLE, and it's up to the reader to decide for themselves HOW LIKELY that POSSIBILITY is.
People have been trying to second guess EVERY stock in the market ever since stock markets came into existence, were they all talking a load of s h i t e or were they just trying to figure out if there was anything they could find that gave investors an advantage?
Some people need to look in the mirror. Some people need to get realistic about what was and is posted by me, because none of it can ever be described as ramping, and claiming that is just those with the massive chips on both shoulders trying to attack my credibility by brainwashing people into thinking I am a ramper when clearly reading my posts I am nothing of the sort, and never have been.
For those that do not know what ramping actually looks like, this is what it looks like, and is nothing like any of my posts:

Oh yes, and when talking about Mass Adoption, AFC are referring to this:
"UK fuel cell company AFC Energy targets $20 billion diesel genset market"
https://www.afcenergy.com/news/press-releases/uk-fuel-cell-company-afc-energy-targets-20-billion-diesel-genset-market
A massive market by any measure.
Two recent articles well worth reading.

https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-features/how-to-tackle-climate-change-math-bill-mckibben-1234691661/
What they are telling the market is Sweet Spot = Targeted Design = Mass Adoption
"AFC Energy’s first hydrogen-generator order from contractor Acciona reflects feedback from the Spanish group after a trial of a smaller version, notes broker Peel Hunt."
"Acciona’s engineers gave a detailed definition of shape, size and power output that an emission-free generator should have to hit the construction industry's mass adoption “sweet spot”, notes the house broker."
The Spanish group added that “the system’s modularity, scalability and compactness make this an ideal platform to displace diesel generation from our construction sites in the near term”.
Peel Hunt has maintained its ‘buy’ recommendation and 195p price target
https://www.proactiveinvestors.com/companies/news/1012613/afc-energy-hefty-target-price-reiterated-after-acciona-order-1012613.html
I said yesterday "Chances are that tomorrow will end up being a non-event as far as AFC share price goes."
So far that is the case, just small fluctuations, nothing to write home about.
I can hear something, sounds like it's droning from down a well, hmmm no idea what it could be so I'll just ignore it!
