Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Yes, plenty going on, revenue and profit are only going one way, which is up. And nothing to be concerned about. Short term greed is pointless in stocks like this, you have to be in for the long term to reap the big rewards whilst at the same time enjoying negligible risk.
Loads of good news in today's RNS. Ignore the trolls rubbish, just read it yourself.
Keep your eyes out for broker comments on the results, and a new AB video.

RNS out. "Drawdown of Tranche One of Convertible Loan Note Facility and Issue of Associated Warrants".
What I find interesting is there's no mention of extending, which could, possibly, maybe, mean completion of the agreement soon. We can but hope.
Oh look, return of the filtered turd. If only he had two brain cells to rub together he'd be piling in here, instead of chucking out literary Diarrhoea on here every day.
Ignore the con man troll.
Chances are that tomorrow will end up being a non-event as far as AFC share price goes.
There isn't anything negative in the results, the loss was announced on 4th April so is already fully absorbed into the share price, so trolls scaremongering garbage is not going to have any negative effect on the share price, on top of that nobody even listens to the twot.
On the other side of the coin there is loads of bullish info in the results RNS, but maybe not quite enough to make the price go up a lot, although some may want in or to add at this bargain price.
So it may swing back and forth but end up flat on the day or slightly up. The chart says STAY LONG, both of the brokers say buy (and will no doubt reiterate their 180p and 195p targets again tomorrow), and the results are very bullish in terms of what is happening and what is to come from AFC.

Just to add, I don't think anyone (ALL, MIIF, Government) are doubting that the mine will go ahead, and that DFS will be outstanding, ML and MIIF investment will follow, but there has to be a legal structure to the events, not putting any carts before horses.
DFS is effectively mine go-ahead.
ML is the Government allowing the mine to go ahead. I could be wrong, but why would the Government grant mine go-ahead without the DFS in their hands to advise that it's viable, passes all of the prerequisites of the Government for environmental, noise, traffic, profitability, etc? DFS has to come before ML, as you can't be given ML without a robust DFS, or you could just drop the DFS in the bin and start happily mining away.
MIIF, I doubt they can invest in a mine that does not have a DFS and ML in place, as the risk of it failing and said MIIF fund losing it's investment is too high. MIIF need 100% legal confirmation of mine go-ahead in my opinion.
So for me it's DFS mid to end of June, ML+MIIF investment combined and announced in July at the earliest, but dependent on how much due diligence Government and MIIF do on the DFS and how long that takes.
And some context for the other one.

Power Tower news item from the official HS2 website. Scroll down and these some extra images, including one of guys plugging in a Telehandler. The article is from 23 November 2022.
https://mediacentre.hs2.org.uk/news/hs2-brings-hydrogen-power-to-its-euston-station-site
Eco Telehandler they trialled in 2020, could be the same model that the Power Tower was charging.
https://mediacentre.hs2.org.uk/news/uks-first-electric-forklift-trialled-by-hs2
I would imagine the Mace Power Tower is still there, as the Telehandler is going to still be needed, and Mace want sites to be pollution free, so they are not going to swap it out for a diesel.
Electric cars break even on their carbon cost very quickly, after which they become carbon negative versus combustion cars that go on burning fuel and polluting. EV's are way cleaner even if the electric comes from dirty coal power. Use a guaranteed Green Energy provider and it's a slam dunk.
Also, cars like the ID.3 are carbon neutral on delivery, so are carbon negative versus combustion from the day you start driving them.
Many Electric cars also are as sustainable and environmentally friendly as cars can currently be with existing technology, using things like recycled plastic, vegan leather, etc, and also being as recyclable as possible at the same time.

I still hear the same lame excuses or dismissal of EV's, the same propaganda churned out by big oil companies for decades (which they have now owned up to be lying about!!) which has been debunked more times than should have been needed before people woke up and smelt the coffee.
I still try to educate people, but many are still back of the class giggling whilst the world is being destroyed at an ever increasing pace by climate change. Oh yes, and then we have the fruit loop climate deniers as well.
AFourleafClover,
Change of format of the Power Tower does not make the tooling redundant.
Think of it as big boys LEGO. The stacks are the basic bricks, you can stack them any way you want, you can built a tower or a cube or a rectangle.
They wouldn't have fully automated the brick configuration process yet, they would put the bricks together into the cabinet by hand on these early versions.
I think the Power Tower will stay in that design. The reason I think the 50 kVA is going to traditional format is that it's going to be way bigger than a 10kW version, so it's really difficult to make it a tower without making it difficult to move around. It could be a problem for forklift trucks with something that big in a tower format. Nobody wants the forklift overbalanced, or the tower falling over. Much safer with something that big to make it the same format as a Genset with its own wheels.
What is happening with Alkamem is irrelevant to the commercialisation of the S and S+ systems, FACT.
"Validation of the S+ Series stacks were witnessed by representatives from ABB E-mobility, AFC Energy and German engineering house, IAV, at an independent IAV testing facility in Germany."
"The validation saw the successful delivery of over 100kW of cumulative net power output from the stacks, exceeding contracted targets, and positions AFC Energy well as it enters into the next phase with ABB E-mobility to deliver on a modular hydrogen fueled, zero emission 200kW hydrogen power generator this year."
"ABB E-mobility has expressed an intention to invest a further £2m into AFC Energy by way of a subscription for shares in the Company replacing the subsequent payments due under the original contract."
"A volume discount on up to 10 x 200kW S+ Series fuel cell system sales to ABB E-mobility or its direct customers for a defined period of time."
"Following completion of the upcoming 200kW S+ Series deployment, which will now be fuelled exclusively on hydrogen, and receipt by AFC Energy of relevant product certifications, ownership of the system (including battery) will transfer to ABB E-mobility."
"The sales pipeline of 10 x 200kW S+ Series fuel cell systems is eligible to be applied across sales of fuel cell systems (which are envisaged to include connected battery systems) to any division or controlled subsidiary of the ABB group and further highlights ABB E-mobility as a key strategic partner of AFC Energy."

m3,
If this site got rid of all the trolls they would lose a huge chunk of their revenues from trading accounts, so they just turn a blind eye to the boards and quote the "use these boards at your own risk" garbage, instead of enforcing their own terms and conditions of use that everyone using these boards agrees to abide by when they sign up.
All I said was "We'll get lift off this year on big sales I think"
Note I said I THINK, which in no way on Earth can be described as ramping.
Note I also said THIS YEAR, which also in no way can be described as ramping, as it's far too long term to be considered ramping.
The twot doesn't have a clue!!!!
Incessant ramping LOL!!!! What an obnoxious and arrogant response to my well reasoned post. You couldn't make it up on here LOL!!!!
Another returd that doesn't have an f'in clue what ramping looks like!!!!
Another returd on my filter list!!!!
