AFC are in this market

Some 3 million public charging points will have to be available by 2030 in order to sustain the rise in electric vehicles needed for Europe’s long-term climate objectives, according to a new report by green campaign group Transport & Environment (T&E).

To finance a pan-European recharging infrastructure, T&E estimates €20 billion will be needed over the next 11 years, or €1.8 billion a year on average.

Yes, filled buy orders. The published time for the trades is not relevant, as they'll be made up of loads of smaller trades, and the published price is the average of all those trades, not a price struck at that specific time.

Late trades have appeared. 36 million traded today. That's over ten million pounds worth of stock in AFC in one day, which for AFC is a massive amount. Also, to see us finishing blue with that value of stock changing hands, it's very positive!

The last thing AFC need to do right now is raise any cash.

We have a £4m unused loan facility.

We've recently done two placings that were requested (we weren't looking for cash, they came asking for stock!)

Nice tinge of blue at the close, which will keep the bullish momentum going.

Sure is a lot of interest in the stock now. Investors taking profit replaced by longer term investors that can see the MCap heading a lot higher as the year progresses.

I think fund manager analysis will have seen how undervalued AFC was (as I said it was before it went up), and put a max price on their fund buying that has got us above 30p. How high is their max price for loading up? Likely higher than the current price.

Look out for big late trades around 5:30pm. Could be another 3.5m although I have 5m in my mind for some reason.

For me there are two possibilities causing the share price movements today.

1) The MM's are still filling big orders, so are dropping the price to hit stop losses with the stock gained going into the big orders.

2) RA has offloaded another chunk this morning. He's in profit (26p paid) and is divesting from everything since moving to Tel Aviv, so not specifically an AFC decision. Likely he is investing all his money in Israel, as it has loads of companies developing technology, pharmaceuticals, etc.

Fleets of EV's will need charging solutions that they may struggle to achieve with their current grid connections. AFC can solve their problems.

Tradegate MID is about 36p, but I'm not sure if it affects the London Stock Exchange prices, as it's really a dark trading pool, AFC have not listed there. It's like the old PLUS Markets where stocks were traded but none officially listed there.

Ah right, I didn't get that from the post.

Sounds awful. The worst way to use Hydrogen. Low efficiency vs fuel cell. May also use cheap Hydrogen but the low efficiency will make operating costs 30% to 50% higher than a fuel cell. And all those wear parts to service, oil as well.

That generator will be too expensive, as it will be PEM Fuel Cell (expensive) and will need 99.999% pure Hydrogen (expensive).

AFC is Alkaline Fuel Cell (cheap) and low grade Hydrogen (cheap) or Ammonia (cheap).

I just e-mailed TATA Power with the details of the EV charger, as they are rolling out EV charging, but the power there is very unstable (loads of blackouts) and will lack the power levels needed for any reasonable level of rapid charging in many places.

While I was there I also advised them of the hybrid generator solution, as they will have loads of diesel gensets in place.

You can't go by what these sites report as buys and sells, the only people that know the buy/sell ratio are the MM's. They have reported millions after the close, only they know what time those deals were actually made, and if they were buys or sells. Logic says there were a lot more bought than sold, otherwise the price would have dropped.

The rise today IMVHO is that the market capitalisation moved far enough past 100 million with low enough volatility to allow big funds to pile in.

If that's correct then there won't be a retrace any time soon, and we may be heading for the 300m market cap (in the short term) I think we are worth. 65p per share.

The point is, the duff research has been debunked by multiple sources. If you read the reasons you will see that it's a rubbish study. It's just like a drug study that leaves out half the information then makes baseless claims about the results. It makes no difference who publishes the study or the debunk, the only think that count are the arguments.

Some people need to do real research instead of reading and believing any old garbage on the internet.

PPS is also a fuel cell company.

The stock was sold by RA. He's been in since 2012 but has been divesting from many things since he moved to Tel Aviv. So nothing really to do with his view of AFC. It doesn't look like he sold at a loss either, as he paid 26p per share for his stake.
