The market always moves ahead of news, so those waiting for a sale contract will just see the price edging up towards pricing in a sale contract, leaving them behind wishing they'd bought in at the lower prices.

AFC don't need to do any market fundraising, all they need to do is sell the Membrane rights for use outside of their own Fuel Cell market, and bingo, potentially a few hundred million sitting there.

Bit of a rise, maybe the market is waking up to AFC at last. Still a LONG WAY from the market cap of peers CWR and ITM, so huge upside for those getting in ahead of the herd.

Farm out is a dead cert now. Also, as the company has cut costs to the bone, and will have cash income once the farm out is signed off, it's perfectly clear that they have no intentions to raise any cash untill Chikumbi-1 is drilled. So a perfect time to load up and hold for the drilling, before the herd arrive.

The MCap should treble on this news, maybe quadruple. That's the valuation I'd say was fair right now in this market.
