Combustion efficiency of Hydrogen is going to be about 35%. In fuel cells it's 60% to 65%. AFC type fuel cells have been proven to hit 70% in the lab. AFC with De Nora may have already hit that too, but it likely involves using more catalyst or noble metals which is not going to produce a very cheap fuel cell. It may be that we reach 70% efficiency with nanoparticles at some point though.

My guess is that those interested in Alkamem have progressed, through NDA to MOU, and have been waiting on the upscaling of the membrane, which we now know has progressed to the point where AFC can put it into a fuel cell stack, so quite likely those prospective buyers will now also have enough information from the enlarged membrane samples to make a more robust commercial assesment of it for use in their own industries (not in fuel cells).

Very true DW, that's why most Broker Notes are only allowed to be read by 'Sophisticated Investors' aka fund managers, analysts, HNW private investors that are well known like Warren Buffet, because those broker notes contain a lot more information and company forecasts the we mushrooms are not allowed to see.

They are both marked as O trades. The UT trade is clearly marked in the list and is 76,810 Buy* 21.89k UT

NDA = Client wants to talk secretly so competitors are not aware, and so it's own investors don't get premature excitement

MOU = Client wants to look deeply with AFC at all the options for a project or projects, but no guarantee it will lead to a deal

MOA = Client wants to work together with AFC on options that should lead to a full agreement

I'd say that only the MOA has any significance as far as listing rules go, because it's the only one of the three that is expected to turn into a full agreement, the other two are just effectively window shopping.

PPS up another 107m today, nearly the MCap of AFC (75 percent of it in fact!), thus showing for another day how thick investors really are.

PPS have some orders, but their last news was on 21 May, and that was just about share incentive scheme. Yet since then their share price has more than doubled, adding around £260m to their MCap, taking them to a valuation of £479m today, yet the whole of AFC is currently only valued at £142m.

It makes no sense when you look at both companies financials.

AFC gets more undervalued by the day when PPS, CWR and ITM go up, and I'm sure there are fund managers out there that have their finger on the buy button waiting for the first sale of a product by AFC, but private investors don't have the same investment restrictions and policies as fund managers and should be piling in while AFC is so cheap.

Don't believe the stories told on boards like this. Everyone will tell you they make loads of money but they never tell you how many times they lose money.

I've had Reonin filtered for years, for obvious reasons.

Meanwhile have a read of this, it's exactly why I have held the stock for 12 years and just took my initial investment money out of profit on the biggest spike, leaving me with 90% of my original holding at zero cost. Hence I can and will wait for the really big money that makes Reonins pocket money trading look like a pittance.

DW, it was stated quite clearly that the testing for the 160kW fuel cell system is about testing the cost and logistics for supply of Hydrogen vs Ammonia. Watch the proactive video and listen to what he says.

Dan has never owned AFC stock, he's a full of ****e shorter. It's not worth the effort of moving your eyeballs to read what he writes.

People question why the sector is rising but AFC is being left behind, well there's several reasons including RA divesting from everything outside of Israel, and Schroeders taking profits.

But also look at the MCap of ITM and CWR. They can attract huge fund investors and very HNW investors with their high MCap. AFC is still a tidler at its MCap and can't attract the really big investors.

But our time will come. We have the technology and a big list of sales enquiries, NDA's, MOU's etc, and as we move out of COVID restrictions, these will turn into contracts, as has happened this week. Momentum will grow fast, and we'll soon be noticed by the really big investors, and then we can catch up our MCap with ITM and CWR.

Just hang in there, this is a 10 bagger in waiting!

On top of that, fuel cells are far more efficient than combustion engines, so chances of needing an engineer are few and far between.

Fuel cells are very simple compared to engines. AFC systems are cartridge based, so issues with a cartridge just means swap out of the cartridge. The cartridge with the issue can then be returned to AFC for technical examination. The cartridge can then be fixed and reused.

With the electronics it's the same, swap out a sensor or controller board, job done.

Nothing on an AFC fuel cell should take more than an hour or two to fix.

A big diesel generator engine, if it needs a valve or piston ring replacing, it's a day or two of work for one or maybe two engineers.

I feel fine, and I'm not complaining at all about the share price, simply pointing out that it's not where it should be and that I expect it to be where it should be within the next 12 months, and just like I've waited for that for 12 years, I can definitely wait another year, or two, or even longer if necessary.

My thoughts exactly!!

AFC needs a rerating but the MM's won't let it until they have squeezed RA and Schroeder's out of the market at a low price, after all, the MM's know they are selling a large amount of stock, why give them an early Christmas by bumping the price up now. Once they are gone the price will be walked up on low volume and in big leaps on news, so the MM's make the profit on any stock they and their mates are keeping now.

This is a perfect buying opportunity for PI's looking for a 10 bagger over the next year.

CWR and ITM might gain 50% or even 150% but they are already so high that they won't be 10 baggers in that timeframe.

How long before the next construction company signs up for the same deal as Acciona?

Now that they've seen Acciona have a deal, will they want to be left behind? If Acciona prove the system, they can put in for Tenders with zero emissions power. The other construction companies won't and will therefore be at a disadvantage. They will know that right now, so I expect further deals soon, matching the Acciona deal.
