It's so obvious all three were heavily shorted by the hedge funds again, and this shorts closed this morning as they had reached their targets.

This kind of shorting should be banned.

Anyone claiming otherwise is most likely employed by an hedge fund, ii or broker, and this is how they make their money

Despite the dilution from the recent placing, Law Debenture have increased their holding since 09/02/2021. I made a note of their holding back then for future reference.

I'd say that is close enough, but that they got a round number of 3m more, or 3.2m more (depends if they are using mid price or bid price for the valuation, including dealing costs etc), either in the placing, or the 2m @ 69p recent buy was theirs plus another 1m in another deal.

Even if they bought in the recent placing, they didn't get 2 big chunks, so at least one of these chunks was bought on the open market, possibly both though.

Today's presentation to international institutional investors as part of Goldman Sachs' 14(th) European Small & Mid Cap Symposium, just goes with what I said yesterday:

"You have to put yourself in the shoes of an ii when watching. What AB presented was what the ii's want to hear, not what fickle PI's want to hear: Great partnerships, plans to enter diverse markets, mass manufacturing plans, plenty of cash in the bank, products that clearly beat what's already in the market (25p/kWh is dirt cheap for zero emissions off grid power!!), etc etc."

Any PI's selling yesterday or today or in the next two to three weeks, will just be helping the ii's to buy the stock at lower prices, and those PI's will be kicking themselves real soon as the share price goes back up on significant ii buying.

ii's will now do their research and due diligence. That may take them anything from a few days to a couple of weeks, but I expect them to be loading up while AFC is still cheap, so keep an eye on the share price and big delayed trades over the next 2-3 weeks, as we may well go back into a steady rise phase.

AB said we now have 10 ii's supporting us, I suspect after this presentation, which clearly had several ii's on it, that we will soon be increasing that number.

Indeed, for me this is a MASSIVE give from AB to investors!

25p is less than 18% of the fuel cost of any other fuel cells, and importantly cheap enough for big fleets of EV's, and can easily compete with off grid diesel gensets even before taking into account that they must go zero emissions. We also have much lower CAPEX for our systems, so it's a double whammy discount for clients.

I don't give a t_ss about AB's presentations skills. As with any presentation it's ALL about the content, which I think was excellent.

He said world leader in alkaline membrane technology, I take it you don't understand that statement, but the people testing the membrane do, because they will be the one's that have said it.

Yes, lying shorting scum the lot of them. All of them now on my filter, as I don't need to read their ****e, neither does anyone else, so cut them off, put them on filter, that is what it's there for.

HUNDREDS of people watching the AFC presentation, AB very surprised by how many!!

I hope you are all getting your questions in for the investor call, especially the con men bashers that always ask questions that they KNOW nobody on here can answer because it would be inside information, they do it to cause doubt, so ask as many questions as you can think of, and when they are published with the answers from AFC then there is a written reference to refer back to for everyone.

And they don't need a placing for them to get hold of the stock they WANT.

If you're not interested in it because you don't understand the value of it, don't F'in read it, DUH!!!! Nobody is forcing you to read it, DUH!!!
