It'll be 60p in the next 3 months with ALL the news that's coming, and I expect the directors will take up the options this year. The Director buying in the open market in the past couple of weeks suggests that. Remember what the boss said "opportunities to buy the stock are few and far between for Directors, so I took the opportunity while it was there". They hold a lot of stock at much lower prices, so paying 60p is not going to up their average price by much

The main thing with the S+ versus the S Series is that S Series for Power Tower is air cooled, whereas the S+ is liquid cooled.

Liquid cooling is a whole different ball game, way more complexity. Then consider it's a large number of stacks that all have be leak proof, that liquid flow is efficient and leaves no hot spots anywhere, and then to make it all super compact using cutting edge methods. It's surely been a huge amount of work by all at AFC.

And I also don't disappear when things don't happen. I said there 'might' be an RNS this Monday or Tuesday based on ARA and AEX 'possibly' having a meeting at the weekend. There was no RNS, big deal, on a 50/50 bet I guessed wrong, and I'm still here, I'm not hiding under any rocks.

I never claim 'expected' as 'fact', I always state 'expected'as 'expected' and facts as fact.

I also clearly state things as 'possible' 'maybe' 'likely' 'quite likely' 'could' 'should' 'I think' 'imvho' etc so as to be perfectly clear that I'm not stating anything as fact until after it has happened.

Maybe you should read my posts a bit slower to notice these intentional wordings.

As can be seen from the statement of operations in the Tanzania Parliament on 13 March "start the construction of a pipeline to transport natural gas from Ntorya to Madimba" and that "$31m is already allocated to the gas infrastructure plan", and that AEX Re ns stated "Tanzanian Authorities have actively engaged in substantial discussions with potential contractors for an export pipeline from Ntorya to the Madimba Gas Plant to accommodate gas by October 2023."

It is evident to me that the contractor has now been chosen or will be soon, so that pipeline construction will start once the rainy season ends in May.

Someone posted on here that it's not going to take long to install the pipeline. Maybe that person can repost their estimated time scale for it, but I'm pretty sure it was far less than 5 months (which would be 1 June to 1 October).

"Why the delay with CH1"

That's totally the wrong way to look at what is happening with CH-1a IMVHO.

The pipeline will be there ready to connect NT-1 and NT-2 in October. All ARA need to do is drill CH-1a with enough time afterwards to do the work over on NT-1 so that NT-1 can be connected to the pipeline in October.

That obviously gives ARA plenty of time to plan everything, ensure they are 100% happy with their choice of location for the well, avoid the rainy season which means drilling at the earliest sometime in May or early June, and if needed build a new well pad.

"A well-workover of the Ntorya-1 well ("NT-1"), to enable rapid tie-in to the gas production facilities and bring the well into early production requires the use of a drilling rig and will run after the drilling of CH-1, which we expect later this year."

"Later this year" does not mean "late this year", it means not right now. June would qualify as later this year, being 3 months later in the year than the announcement.

Finally, there is no advantage for ARA to drill CH-1a any quicker than they need to in order to connect it and NT-1a to the pipeline in October. That's not a delay, as you can't sell the gas until October anyway.

MAN EV trucks. Megawatt charging in many places just isn't going to be possible, especially for a truck fleet with multiple vehicles, unless of course they have something like an Ammonia fed AFC Charger there.

Agreed, although the Ammonia Cracker could come sooner rather than later in it's advised timeline, now that ABB have a minimum 10 system pipeline arranged.

So S+ 200kW this year, thus within 9 months, and Cracker within 12 months but that was advised prior to the ABB agreement. Maybe both will arrive in 6 months to keep ABB happy.

The other option is AFC just buy off the shelf Ammonia Crackers, for an easy solution that causes no delays to ABB getting Ammonia fed 200kW systems.

And the chances of capital losses on AFC are extremely low in comparison to the chances of gains, and the chances of losses are dwindling fast as AFC has over two years of cash and has the S+ Series 100kW and Power Towers to sell, plus this year a 200kW S+Series to fill the needs of client, partner and shareholder ABB, which is why people are shifting their holdings to ISA.

I'd say there's never been a better time to go ISA with AFC, but that's just my opinion.

As I say, I can't see how anyone would not expect news in April, and here are some (not all) of the things on the list. Some other things are quoted as Q2 but could be in April just as easily as later in Q2.

You can't draw trendlines on a chart where no trend exists, the trend is the peaks and troughs of the price movements.

I have drawn the trendlines as stated above, and this shows a slow uptrend. It cannot be denied despite the Mr know it all nothing trying to bully people into thinking otherwise.
