The answer will be that the buyers will buy when they are ready to buy, not when PI's demand it. The orders are likely to involve a large amount of work by clients to decide on location (s), checking and sorting out fuel supply agreements, checking planning and environmental rules, training staff, reviewing and amending their own health and safety to cover the new systems, and much more.
When my employer, a global FTSE-100 bank, buys new systems, it takes them at least a year from talking about it to actually placing the order, sometimes two years. And these don't even involve Hydrogen supplies and new health and safety rules etc.
