As management has cleared stated to expect further USA distribution deal soon ( couple of weeks / max a month's time), I would expect the price will not stay at this level for much longer.

Further TR1 notification will hopefully come through soon.

Any possibilities that likes of Ineos coming on board and make a take over offer for the business?
Even with reserve downgrade with if the bond can be sorted, you would think there will still be some value left in the company but not in the form of Hurricane but may be some another successful business taking over the assets.

I must say even as PI the losses are not compensated (I am not expecting that either) if there is any criminal breach the guilty must be punished.

May be use the cash to start/acquire another business.
