Ocelot - as the market opens after a 4 day weekend - totally flat, POO now back to 120 bux per barrel, the share price flat. totally flat. That doesn't look like an 'undersold' share to me - it looks like a company being traded at what the market perceives is fair value. one tenth of a penny

I agree with everything you say there Wizard, completely.

I do think this company have suffered from a rapid change in stance regarding getting oil and gas out of the UK. I do think it had great potential. I realised how badly it was managed after the BB debacle. There have been chances but unfortunately we have to look at the situation now.

SS seems to have spread the jam that other people have paid for way to thin. Portland is blue sky thinkkng that really doesn't fit well with a company of this size, background and lack of any success whatsoever. If they believe HH is a big producer then focus on it and get it working now and fast, surely with consent in place, infrastructure in place, that would be what a CEO would drill down on. Make it work, sweat the asset not much about with jam tomorrow that this company has no track record with

If I was a major looking for a bargain i'd have a crack at a small oiler with lots of consent and loads of potential that had been 'oversold'. However - no one has

If you were the CEO of a company you thought had been 'undersold', genuinely thought your company was worth investing in - would you buy a significant number of shares? Would that send a message to share holders that you as the leader of the company believed the company had been ' oversold' ?

oversold undersold - market dictates share price which reflects performance income, expenditure and shares in circulation.

This company needs a massive injection of sales, revenue soon. That means product. Currently is doesn't have that, future potential can only be unlocked by further dilution. Future prospects are far from certain hence the market values this share at around one tenth of a penny. Not a penny. Not a penny stock. we're talking tenths of a penny.

Will the share rise on good news? Maybe. That rather depends on the news, what the market perceives the relative chance of success.

Will there be trading opportunities - sure. Will there be chance for people to turn a profit from trading the shares here from some volatility - sure - and i hope so.

Will there be long term share holder value whilst the board take massive salaries and continue to produce almost nothing - highly doubful but we live in hope. Will SS buy a significant tranche of shares???

Ocelot - try and look at the progression of share price over time along with shares in circulation plus revenue. It will help you work out something you simply refuse to grasp.

Can you define 'fly' adrian or at least give us a prediction ?? Zak Mir's last was 0.9p. TH2 was 0.5p, both wildly inaccurate and baseless. However wait long enough ..... to fly I would be thinking at least double. We're at a very low base, with massive number of shares in circulation, producing very little product & revenue. If there's good news new week and I hope there is - there will be very large sums of money needed for development which means a placing. So be interested to hear your thought out reasoning for it to fly at this juncture with little more than short term sentiment behind it.

I'll stick my neck out and say a short term rise to about 0.17p. If it goes beyond 0.2 before they talk about the next placing I'll be amazed. And rather happy. But I doubt it - I'll buy a lottery ticket tomorrow morning and I have more hope of a return on that

nothing wrong with Portland port trying to make money - they're a commercial entity and that's why they exist (although making a profit is a dirty word these days).

Over the years they've tried prison ship, fertilizer storage, they've prgressed into hull cleaning which is a great move given the location and geography for shelter and attracting passing trade. Layup over the bear period in dry bulk freight and recently layup for cruise liners over Covid. Good on them for trying. I have no problem with the concept of green hydrogen or LNG storage either. No problem with UKOG having a go at it but i'd rather they try and get something producing significant revenue and shareholder value first instead of lining up more jam tomorrow at the expense of shareholders. This 'project' may have a bright future but I very much doubt it's with UKOG. Please please please SS - get some oil and gas flowing. Soon. Please

130 million shares traded. More than in recent times but... still tiny tiny proportion of the shares in circulation. Usually a lot of shares change hands prior to a placing doesn't it.

I'm quite liking the look of resolution 2 - the ability to vote SS out the door. Problem is one then moves onto the next womble on the block. Just like ANGS

further international petroleum and UK renewable opportunities.
The Directors therefore seek specific shareholder approval for authority to issue shares and
dis-apply pre-emption rights in respect of those shares in order that the Company has the

fundraising placing ? What do we need that for - we have hydrogen storage in 4 years !! HH will produce all the money needed by then with it's transformational, nationally significant flows of oil beaten only by Wytches farm.

production ? Of what TH? how much gas have they found in previous exploration ??

so what happens if they get the turnover at Loxley - how much money and how long to get aything from it?
