Skwizz - it peaked in the day at 11 but never closed at that price. Semantics I know. With shares in circulation now hitting 11p is laughable though.

Ozzy - HH was billed by Sanderson nimself as a 'gusher'. It is anything but a gusher. It was massively disingenuous of the man to describe it as such and whilst there's oil under there it's clear that it is not SIGNIFICANT and it is not transformational or of national importance.

I don't believe that it will be any of the above and clearly neither does the market or any other company or they would have made UKOG an offer for it.

nope not at all Ozzy never had a problem with you but if I have a go at Ocelot it's reactionary, self inflicted and deserves calling out. If Ocelot can't handle that or stick up for themselves that's their problem my advise wuld be to stop trying to find any piece of positive macroeconomic news and in some way linking it to the success of UKOG.

I believed and still do that BB had potential but it's been totally ruined. HH has been an unmitigated disaster. Loxely has been tried before. So as a shareholder I have every right to demand the company does something worthwhile. APpreciate I'm probably talking into a vacuum - they have never once graced me with a response to any correspondance whatsoever.

Ozzy the price is just a tick over one tenth of a penny. The POO is still above 100 bux per barrel. We;ve had the biggest bull run on oil for 14 years.

SS has made unsubstantiated comments regarding the 'assets' of this company and has failed to match his own predcitions/expectations at every step of the way.

Please , do tell me why you think he's doing a good job here? Looking after share holder value? Going after pie in the sky projects with no near term chance of revenue production?

Some years ago they changed the purpose of the company from oil exploration to production. So far HH is a massive disaster, BB was an abomination. WE now have Portland port with a project so aspirational it will take funding at a level far above anything raised to date here and where do you think the money for that is coming from ?

Meantime BP, Yara etc move into real hydrogen production. Stick to what you know and all that but UKOG should try and get some O&G soon.

If one puts themselves on here as often as Ocelot does and pumps their own agenda so vociferously then they should be able to handle the fallout.

As for deramping to buy in lower - not a chance. Much lower and it's de-listed. I'm trying to highlight the opposite of what people like Ocelot post - fact rather than unrelated drivel in order to try and get others to pile in.

The fact is that hard results will drive the price up Ozzy, nothing else. There have been none for a very very long time. There's nothing wrong with telling it like it is, calling the BOD to account. they have a fiduciary duty to shareholders and they're failing big time.

I'd like to hear him explain why the share price remains so low. Why with all the fantastic news ahead that not one other company have taken an interest in UKOG. No institutional investors whatsoever. No significant revenue and very little product.

I'm of course more interested to hear this from the CEO and BOD but they're a faceless bunch that refuse to explain anything to their shareholders, instead prefering to spout more nonsense about the next transformational project hoping to distract from the carnage they leave behind in their wake.

Reading the article recently in the press that the greens are getting mighty upset about Loxley - well they needn't bother i reckon - nothing that the company has encouraged people to buy into with what now is clear blatant trash, so what's the use them getting their knickers in a twist.

you certainly flood the board Ocelot - make sure your uber ramptastic view is heard by as many people as possible. And yet - the share price tanks. The BOD say nothing, no updates, not a single piece of news to back up the jam tomorrow nonsense, nothing. Years and years of stringing people along and here we are at one tenth of a penny.

Now you've said the sahre is oversold, insinuated others would be interested in this company, forward price of oil and gas on a regular basis. None of it has in any way been believed by the market, hence the true value of the share is found. One tenth of a penny.

The BOD is on record as saying at $70 pd we'd 'be in the bahamas'. Not it's been as high as $ 124 lately and here we are, yes we - me being a shareholder, not a shorter, not a deramper - a share holder - here we are at - for good order sake 0.11pence of a penny. Not even a penny stock.

So what is Ramping?

Well ramping can take many forms, from a company not issuing the negative news, a shareholder who has lost a lot of money in the past and has maybe bought in at a new low and now wants to make back his losses, a company owner overstating the future potential of the company, to even someone circulating rumours of a take over bid on it's way.

A ramper might use a BB to constantly espouse the future potential revenue of the company even if unfounded, put ridiculous valuations on a company for possible take over bids and post so often as to drown out other peoples opinions

In short Ocelot - you're trying to defend the indefensible. you're refusing to accept facts and simply spouting positive background noise - i very much hope it's not in the attempt to attract unsuspecting buyers by filling the board daily with unsubstantiated, pie in the sky spin. Mind you they can get that from any number of SS interviews: Train is leaving the station, in the Bahamas at $70 per barrel, Gatwick Gusher, National Significance, Transformative.
