ibug - no surprise there then hey - UKOG not doing what it says on the tin. So if they gave them damages they would know that the money would go directly into SS pocket, not even share holders.

Skwiz I agree the council has behaved shockingly but I can actually see sense in the ruling.

UKOG Keep promising to share profit and good times with the local communities but keep failing to produce anything. So - if they granted costs back to UKOG what the would in effect be doing is actually giving money from the local purse to a company that produces no revenue with no success which would go direct to the BOD bank accounts and that wouldn't serve the local community well at all.

Better give UKOG the rope to hang themselves - there's your permission - off you go, let's see the the hydrocarbons. All the while knowing there's almost no chance of it happening

Ocelot - you seem immune to any comments of a realistic nature. Look at the share price. That's all you need to do after all of this 'great transformational company making news'. Nothing to actually improve sales whatsoever. In fact this company has failed spectacularly to capture the biggest bull run on OIL AND GAS for 14 years.

Ocelot - hate to say it but you believed that on the loxley decision, it didn't happen. It didn't happen on news for the portland port development and it hasn't happened for a very long time. People are brutally aware of the level of failure here by this company, the lack of success in bringing any meaningful product to market. Jam tomorrow - 16 billion plus shares, very little revenue to speak of, not nationally significant, no asset has been proven transformational and the despite what SS has said on record - the train isn't leaving the station. TH2 is continually wrong with his 0.5 of a pence - boom time posts, Zak Mir is still one year later wrong with his 0.9 of a pence prediction. This share isn't oversold and isn't catching the attention or imagination of investors out there - let alone serious institutional investors

I have 1 million shares in this company and regret it. I have made 'profits' trading it but i have been in this 7 years +. That's long enough for an 'investor' to expect returns.

Now 'deramper' - let's look at that shall we?! WE have people posting nothing but their perceived best case view. That's through blinkered eyes. Ignoring repeated overhyped projections from this company on every single project they get into - none of which - none, have produced any significant results since they have been at the helm of this company.

HH - Gatwick Gusher that's dribbling oil at < 100bpd from either Portland or Kimmeridge. The CEO said it was transformational and of national significance.

BB 0- the biggest onshore conventional oil discovery and second only to Wytch Farm. That's aiming very very high. What did it produce?? It was an unmitigated disaster.

Turkey - same.

Now we have blue sky project thinking on a scale of BP for Portland Port for gas storage, over the horizon wind farm priduction and all will be kicking off in ..... 4 year.

An appeal overturned at Loxley on a field they claim to be big.

All the while the shares in ciruclation have gone from under 1 billion to 16+ billion today whilst producing nothing of significance.

Each to their own with their investing strategy but there are people who are real investors in this company who have a valid opinion that this next project will probably be useless like all the others. The BOD are shocking in their blatant raising of funds producing zero results. PEople who may look in here to investigate the company as they may have seen them in the press recently should not be fooled by the rampathon. Everyone has their own responsibility to their own finances but to call anyone who questions the company a deramper is just asinine.

SS has an impressive CV. He needs to produce tangible results soon.

SS also said that BB was the second largest onshore discovery after Wytch farm.

it also takes no account of previous investigation there, the level of funding, planning needed to even get to drilling, or chance of success given SS shocking track record with this company.

The market values a company's shares accordingly and right now there seems little confidence in this company never mind this play as a company maker.

Yes Ocelot they may do but as you can see from the state of the share price, no one actually believes this company is capable of capitalising on these factors. Unless SS produces more oil and gas and fast, this company will be consigned to the dustbin. Shocking behaviour.

Which I tend to agree with. It's going to be highly embarrassing for this company if it continues to fail to do what it says on the tin.

at these oil prices "we'll be in the bahamas". That's up there with "the train is leaving the station " (yes a FT listed CEO actually said this), "transformational" , "national significance".

How about some results driven news from UKOG. There is none. None at all. And by thge time said recession hits us on the head - this company will have produced precious little through the biggest POO boom in 15 years.
