I disagree. Lunn joint the board in sep24, months after the SPA with Gv, if Lunn is the executor of Antons estate and now controls Petroquest and has issues with the GV deal why join the board especially if you have issues around the loan, since then hes become the chairman and is now completly responsible for PPP so i cannot see how he hasnt released an RNS around it if there is an issue. Its quite importaint.

I mean it must have been ok seen as Lunn joined the board and has not mentioned it. If an issue it should have been on rns by now right??? Or its witholding information.

Ive seen this today as well.

Does anyone have any thoughts if PPP related or if its something else unrelated. Appreciate any thoughts.

No i mean the terms of the loan.

And what leases they are secured against.

It depends on the terms of the agreement.

The main concern for me is fhe lack of update with GV. Is lunn in communication, does he want to work with them, do they want to work with him.

Clarity is needed big time on this as i think its the most importaint long term issue and one that guaranteed the future of PPP and revenues.

We need the seller gone and this will have a nice raise

Its my opinion that the company can only continue if the Gv deal and operations get going amd sooner rather than later. GLA

If and when this is re trading i expect there will be many here wanting to sell and given the delay i dont blame those who do.

For others like me i still see this as way undervalued with the current mcap and assests in play.

I will be interested to see the resolutions of the AGM and hear any further comment of the deal with GV.

I will then vote accordingly.

Its going to be interesting to see what board changes have been requested as the rns yesterday.

If the Gv deal is dead then i will be having 2nd thoughts.

Yes theres a lot to read and get our heads around.

But in my opinion we are ot moving fowards. Whether its intsntional or not who knows. Its seems we are being bombarded with bad news after bad news but when you re read it, its seems somewhat sensationalised.

Like today. £500 ish of debt. Is it ours??? Is it associated with Texas or usa and does any of it belong to Gv under the deal?? Also we have £360k due to land after suspension is lifted. So its not that scary.

Someone has requested a board change so it appears now we have a rushed AGM without a location.

Re read the rns. They believe there is 600k. Still a small amount imo so im not bothered by that.

As for the auction id like to know if we had any bids and at what price because it would be shocking if this new investor is paying below the bid price. Good thing for that nda i suppose otherwise we could ask them.

No mention of the audit or accounts. Its just not good enough.

The most importaint thing for this business is the JV with Global. Debts can be raised ( something previous directors managed btw) , negotiated and paid off with revenue. So its key Global are on board and on site and theres still no mention of them.

If anyone thinks this is moving the business fowards they are in for a shock.

Imo its got worse since boards changes have happened and were all stuck in the middle of a tussle for control.

Almost suggests that they might not want people there or aware.
