Its my opinion they need to call an GM and let the shareholders have their say on their performance to date.

We now have a chairman and a CEO tasked with moving this fowards. It doesnt appear to be doing so and 8n my opinion the communication is shocking.

Id have like to have heard from the CEO by now and hear a clear update on all the previous scattergun Rns releases weve not heard anything on since. Especially as he is party to the other side of the deal.

I think they should asking for re election and let us decide. They can deal with an Agm if they are still there.

It appears to me we have a Board and leadership team that no one has approved except for the non exec Rapp. That cant be right.

Asking to be allowed to raise 200k funds to continue to grow the business.

Its very exciting times here in my opinion. Great news yesterday and they seem to be lining all licenses and funds up to hopefully make this a great project.

Site is being prepared as we type so hopefully we get another update in the next couple of weeks regarding equipment and start dates.

I elected to go in person but did not as the rns at the end of Jan said it would be adjourned. It did not state the Agm would go ahead and be adjourned. Very misleading if that was the case and in my opinion reflects the Board and company in a very poor light.

Hold an AGM. Put all ootions for election on the table and give the shareholders a voice.

Present your case for being on the board and let us decide.

Its that simple.

We all have an opinion of whats gone right and wrong here so let us have our say.

If an GM has to be called by the shareholders then so be it in my opinion, i would prefer to have a board willing to engage, i think it speaks volumes that at the moment that they are not.

Nope i support shareholders having a say. No idea what ultimatum you are now refering to mate. You said the resolution request at the agm now your saying its recent?? Please clarify.

Not sure what you are talking about. Shareholders asked for additional items to be added to the AGM. Not sure thats a threat or an ultimatum but a reasonable request for shareholder to make.

Tallpaul i wouldnt judge the TG group by what Rob and Herpes say about it. They have their own agenda.

Some want Lunn out, some want Evans in others want neither Lunn nor Evans.

Its a good group trying to work together to get the board to engage with its shareholders throughout the current mess we are in.

I believe at this point we should have a voice and opinion on the current position we find ourselves in.

Thats all.

However the votes land then its done and dusted and we can all move foward with the board supported and validated at an AGM or EGM.

My opinion is shareholders should have the choice to vote here regardless, if youre for Lunn, Evans or whatever after this amount of time we should have our voices heard one way or another.

You may wish to get the date correct though seen as youre in the know😂😂😂👍
