You question the honesty of Evans. What is your evidence?? An Rns from Lunn??

Its almost bordering on obsession.

None of us know the ins and outs of the business dealings of Evans, Lunn,Olaf, Anton etc etc and how they tie up and who is and was responsible for what. So i would be careful of accusing anyone of any wrong doing.

Personally the only reason i can see Lunn being involved here is he inherited Olafs estate hence the additional court case with Apple.

With the estate he now holds the petro quest loan over the business which i believe is a huge conflict of interest.

How that makes him now capable of running this business and returning value to shareholders is something i do not understand. Maybe someone could point me to a previous successful oil production business Lunn has delivered on. I understand Lunn had shares in some the licenses PPP purchased in Texas but in my opinion it points to Lunn knowing the paper value of these and not having experience of turning them into physical assets. Happy to be corrected. And if so why hes not done so in the last 5 months hes been here.

Therefore in my opinion and my opinion alone i do not think hes the best person to take this fowards.

We need a board focused on operaional delivery and getting oil out the ground.

I Ignore all the talk of previous price etc. Imo i look at the current mcap and what oppourtunity the company is presenting. If i think its greater than where it is priced at present then i tend to invest. If i think its too high i do not. Trying to value a company on a share price from a previous time period doesnt work for me theres too many variables.

For me in this share the question is, do i believe the potential assests are greater than the current price of the busisness. My decision alone is yes, therefore i have invested. Dyor and good luck.

Theres a lot of TG bashing but to date ive seen no other shareholder engagement or plan to put pressure on the board for a return on our investments.

All ive read from certain individuals is Evans is a liar and telegram users are braindead.

Im in the TG group and i have argued and asked questions of people and points in there but at no point do i beleive its a group of brainwashed uneducated people.

Many want whats best for their investment and do not see Lunn the best option for that, others believe Evans should return, and another view is neither.

We should as shareholders have a vote on that given where we are.

That way we get the board we vote for and i do not think the company putting blockers on such a vote or ammendments is helpful or indeed healthy to move the business fowards.

After all i think we can agree the oppourtunity here is great and we just want to be cracking on with production.

Drills and buying licenses cost money.

Its why they are on the market so they can fund raise for growth and oppourtunity at the right time.

My opinion is if it was a placing for working capital i would be very annoyed, however seen as its an increase of the license then it could be a great use of funds in the medium term.

A bigger slice of the pie. Whilst no one likes placings there appears to be a good reason here.

Come May time when we are seeing sales of oil the rasie should be irrelevant.

The mcap here is still way undervalued with the assets in play. Dyor.Gla.
