Voting yes allows circa 60m additional shares. There is no finance awarded to this. No accounts. No audit. To pretend otherwise is disingenuous.

With everything else we have to complete or get over the line this is possibly the worst time to have called such a meeting.

Lets group together. Forget Lunn, forget Menzel, forget Evans.

Think logically if you vote yes what changes the day after...... nothing in terms of the running of the business, nothing in regards to other debts or its repayment, nothing regarding the JV.

The only thing that changes is the potential conflict between petroquest, PPP and associated parties.

The board has been unable to move this foward under Lunn, so why is this now so importaint.

Id like to know if hes backs the GM, hes suppose to be running the company but somehow the chair appears in control. The whole thing is a mess.

I want to see RM & SL at the agm. Im not sure at this point why RM is even here. He appears missing in action at present.

There is enough information now for everyone to make a considered choice. Thats all we can do.

Mine is i would like us PIs to be in play at the AGM and hold the board to account and get some real explanationas to what is happening to our investments.

There is no reason i can see we havent had tbe AGM already, nor the accounts or audit.

We are told about debt yet are unable to release accounts incl half year reports to verify and back this info up.

I do not see the reason for this vote at the moment and believe the board should justify their positions and performance to maintain their roles. A vote for yes does not guarantee anything in terms of return or funding. It simply repays shares and dillutes the current position.

It really isnt that simple.

Voting yes guarantees one thing, allowing shares that seem to fall under the control of Lunn. Which would equate to around 30% of the business in ownership and influence. Meaning no special resolutions will ever pass.

Why, given we have no AGM, no audit, no accounts, no JV does anyone believe this need to be done now??

We have an AGM that is past any normal time of reasonable adjournment that can and should have been complete already. On the basis of no accounts that we keep being promised. The last RNS was asking for more patience on the matter. No set time again.

Do not give away Private investors influence here. We are working hard in the background to force the AGM.

There is also a call this morning with legal representation looking at other avenues.

A shareholder website will also go live hopefully today maybe tomorrow for everyone to digest.

Then he will have to stand for election at the AGM.

At 2p the mcap would be circa 10m. If we get further positive updates that will still be too low in my opinion.

What money has Lunn lent to PPP??? Are you talking about petroquest??

Why doesnt he just hold the AGM?? Instead we get this?

You dont have to have accounts. You can call a GM to close them out.

Can anyone explain how a yes makes this as you say "come back".

Again can anyone make clear why this GM is needed now???

Lets see the accounts, lets see what is released with regards to Antons estate and who benefits.

Once that is clear then come back to the 60 million shares because at the moment the GM seems to be a waste of time.

Can you clear up what a vote for yes acheives??

Where does it mention insolvency.

How does this vote change anything apart from the potential ownership???

Why is Rm still hanging about if the deal is no good and were going bust??

Given the apparent issues that have been released today why is the GM needed??

All we have done is hightlight what the vote potentially means. Everyone is entitled to vote how they see fit and how they believe benefits them.

My opinion is we should know how all the compannies and directors link together and be aware of what they are asking us to do.

Im not saying anyone has any ill intentions however i think people should know whats going on and make your mind up.
