Unless the Board is ratified by an AGM they have no legal basis to make decsions on the behalf of shareholders. Its ridiculous we are still in this position.

This size drop on 10k more sells than buys at the moment. Crazy.

They have recently raised 900k. This will be a substantial amount towards a phase 2 drill and further investivation at darlot.

They have just gained access to a great oppourtunity for an initial 20k, less than what theh sold the USA assets the other week and if all goes well they have bought on board a partner with experience in the area.

I think people have underestimated the news yesterday.

They raised recently, have survey teams at Darlot expanding the sampling, now we have this oppourtunity.

On top of that they have access to institutional investors who clearly like what theh are being presented.

In my opinion If they find significant resources the price will reflect the assets, and if they have to raise money it will be at a higher price than here.

They raised 600k last week at 10% discount.

I honestly dont care if at some point they raise more cash at a 10% discount if they continue to develop deals and oppourtunities like this. Value to holders should come if it continues to deliver like this.

Mammoth minerals also appear to be experienced in this field. There current mcap sits at circa £27M. They will own 20% of the company and you would like to think bring knowledege and skills to make this a success.

It appears to be a great game changing oppourtunity.

The EGM request will proceed to a court claim if it is not offered by the company.

Let the court decide thereafter. Hopefully that will offer clarity and stop the back and forth here.

Evans is no longer in the picture. Rather than get this moving or concluding any new deals etc etc all we have received is constant negativity and doomed RNS releases.

We need a board capable of getting this re-trading, raising finance and getting it drilling.

To date nothing we have seen under the leadership of SL suggests that the board in its current capacity is capable of doing so. Who in their right mind given what has just been released is going to invest in PPP. Ive never seen anything like it.

Evans and Lenigras may not have been perfect but at a lot of the issues here date back to the ex secretary, the estate SL is now the beneficiary off.

There is only one person here who has done the following.

Failed to hold an AGM

Failed to get audit and accounts finished

Failed to raise capital on multiple occasions.(dutch auction, gem deal)

Failed to pass resolutions at GM

Failed to raise or produce any new deals or leases

Failed to update on current leases

Failed to have any oil production

Failed to complete JV

Its time to stop with the nonsense, SL needs to step aside, hes tried but clearly isnt the person PPP needs right now, let RM at least try and save this.

Its also to do with a investor who handed over hundreds of thousands of pounds and now cannot get his shares registered. Nothing to do with TE. The deal was set up by Anton T the former secretary and whos estate Sl is the trustee and beneficiary of.

In my opinion a lot of this mess is to do with AT and his estate.
