There is no secrecy. Shareholders have asked the court to enforce an egm. They will decide if the request is valid.

Asimple the case is for the allowance of an egm. The initial hearing this week. Not sure what you want tg to share??? All the legal documents???

The current board is still in post, no egm as of yet and no agm. If the court give the go ahead for an egm im sure there will be a plan to share.

Fyi there is also an active case involving Petroquest as well.

Asimple the courts will decide what is credible, not TG, not Lse not the board. There is no need to do anything else. All the arguing here is pointless. Lets wait and see if a court date is notified amd what for.

Whether you are on TG, in here, support the current board, want change etc etc.

We are all shareholders. We are entitled to open and honest leadership and we should expect as a minimum the board of a main market company to as a minimum comoky with the law and the Act.

I believe the current board has fallen short on much and that is my opinion alone. I suggest you all read and research where we are and make your own mind up.

Good debate here should be welcome in order for people to make a i formed decision on the future of our investments.

All this nonsense of tg wanting to lose their money is just that nonsense. The group owns over 20% of the business. Wouldnt it be strange for investors to want to lose all their money.

So please lets offer each other fair and open opinions and move fowards with an informed shareholder base capable of voting with all the facts available.

I suppose we will have to wait and see what happens, if the court refuses we will not hear anything i guess and if the court say there should be an egm then i suppose we will hear from the company.

Please talk me through the step how simple group of shareholders would rectify the members register to ensure a valid Egm that could not be challenged.

Those at the last GM know the members register was not up to date at that time so im not sure how shareholders could possibly convene an EGM.

The board has refused to hold an AGM. All this nonsense could have been avoided by having a board who have been voted on by shareholders and therefore the authority to act.

Its really is as simple as that.

Would you back such a plan if it were presented?? as i said earlier is the chair likely to be interested given he will now personally own a good chunk of the lease company?? Would we be told if such an offer come to fruition??

Look i hope this really is a great deal for us all.

I just dont understand why petroquest havent been told to bugger off with the security leases signed on the loan and now why it will be majorty holder of the existing and also im guessing future leases.

What i also have concern with is the fact that RMD are not easy to research. In todays age of information its not clear who and what they are.

I honestly just want the best for us all and im not sure the current board is it.

If there was an alternative offer who would back it, isnt that the job of the board to approve. If the chairman has assigned 50% of current and future leases to its self how will this work??? Thats my point i find it hard, the conflict and treatment of shareholders in my opinion has been less than adequate in my opinion.

No drilling, failed raises, failed auctions, negative rns releases, no agm, no revenue.

That is this board and now we have a new deal, it apparently needs petroquest to control the leases.

Im sorry but i dont think that is in the best interests of my investment.
