We all have to ask what is going on.

Im also in the PPP debacle. Hard to know what to think tbh. Fingers crossed this can cover some of the money that seems i seem to have lost there.

I dont know if anyone has done anything wrong or whether this is politics for control of the business one way or another. They are sitting in a great location with a pro oil President about to take office. There is a huge area in play and the potential of hundreds of millions.

The reference to the loan he holds in another business as having to be renegotiated is what worries me. Who is he negotiating for, us or him. And who will he be negotiating with himself.

The whole thing is simply wrong in my opinion. He might well have the best intentions but the fact we are even having to ask the question if our own Chairman is working in our interests raises concerns for me personally.

Appreciate we all see things differently so good luck all and lets hope this comes back to market and not stripped of its assests.

Another point to raise.

As far as we are aware there is some settlement now to be had up to 500k. Not much in the scheme of things. There is 8m shares that can still be placed.

The only other issue thats been raised in the rns is the loan and the Gv deal. Yes the loan that Lunn is party to.

This is what my mind keeps questioning. Sorry im struggling to find how this has even happened.

Investing based on market news doesnt make us stupid.

If proven it was false info then there will be recourse.

My concern here is the potentai conflict and if were only being told a narrative to suit an agenda.

Lunn is Director of petro quest based in New zealand.

PPP Owe Petro quest circa £4m.

The bank accounts were looked after by Anton who passed away.

Now i dont know how but somehow Lunn takes over from Anton.

Court request is required for bank access.

Lunn joins as non exec

Bank access gets sorted.

2 months later is apparently all gone to S%#t.

Winding up order mentioned not clear on who and when or where.

700 k raised since August

Mention of the loan in Rns regarding gv deal and texas asset.

Make of that what you will and im not suggesting any wrong doing im simply adding the dots and questioning the events that have led us here, if any conflict has arisen or could arise and what the hell is going on with my investment.

Looks like the secretary that passed away was also a shareholder at Petroquest via a company called Anzcorp Trust limited in New zealand, it seems Lunn got involved earlier this year.

Theres more questions than answers at the moment. This is the Secretary that had access to the bank accounts that wernt accessible after his death.

Lunn may well be the man.

But im intrigued how it has come to pass that someone without many shares in the business is somehow now running the show, to who it appears PPP owe money and in which his RNS said today and this is copied from said rns.

"Additionally, the leases assigned under the Globalvision agreement are secured by historic corporate loans provided to the Pennpetro group and these secured debts will require renegotiation in order for any transaction to proceed further. Discussions to remedy this position are taking place.Globalvision and the Company are committed to working together to address these issues and enable the transaction to complete." 

My question is that if lunn owns petro quest and is owed money by PPP, thats a bit of a conflict is it not and if it comes to crunch time what and who does he best serve ?

I dont know the man and i am not casting any doubt over his actions or intent, its simply a question as a shareholder here who is a little worried about things.

I believe this is who the loan is owed to. The one referenced in the rns.

Im not questioning anyones ability or motives but i dont think Lunn should be sitting on the board while holding loans over tbe business especially as in the rns today he specifically references the loan.

Now i could be wrong and suggest all do their own research on the matter.

Too many questions nothing is clear imo.

What is lunns involvement with the loan. That needs urgent redress for clarity.

Why hasnt the winding up order been logged on companies house. There is a settled action in Bahamas from 2 years ago however. Id hate to think this is what he is referring to as that could be quite misleading.

When did he become aware of the "issues".

Its either weve been lied to by Tom Evans or where being lied to by Lunn.

Its a crazy situation for all of us invested here.

Its quite clearly a fight for the company and who will prosper the most.

There will be 2 sides to the story here im sure.

The statement around the assest being secured by funds to group for me means the loan holder is not happy with the gv deal and wants more return. Thats my opinion of course.

Rns says only placing for new business activity, so i dont have a problem if so.

Given cash is going i doubt it.
