The director of a company who loans money to a plc then becomes chairman and calls in loan and takes assets of said plc.

Massive conflict of interest.

By voting at an AGM im guessing.

Thats only my take on things.

I have no actual knowledge of who what why, just my opinion on whats going on.

Its seems as simple as lunn has final say as chairman on board decisions.

As it was only lunn and Tom voting, Lunn is calling the shots.

Seems like Tom want the AGM to rebalance things.

Thats my view anyway.

Upcoming AGM will clear this up.

It will be a choice between Lunn and Evan for control.

There has to be another Rns today surely.

It appears there has been a falling out but we need further upaates asap.

In my opinion the way this is shaping up the Mcap could be worth hundreds of millions during 2025.

Imo this is still way undervalued and todays news makes it even more so. Anyone looking at the Mcap and thinking this is a fair value of the business???
